(A/N): Please forgive me for not updating for so long!🙏🙏🙏 I've been quite busy lately with homework and all that, I've barely had time to write! I might be publishing this, but I have a new story I started writing yesterday and it's basically a crossover of animes. I might publish it next year, but we'll see. Now let's get into this chapter guys!😄
*Previously*
'So he's also a Kurta, huh? I wasn't sure how he got that picture of Pairo... but I guess that answers that question. *Sigh* I should think about this tomorrow... I should go to sleep.' I thought as I laid on the couch.
'HOLY CRAP!!! THIS COUCH IS HECKA COMFY AND SOFT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Geez, is this couch even real?!' I think as I nuzzle my face against the soft couch. I then accidentally, slowly but surely, fall asleep.
Presently: *Kurapika's P.O.V.*
I finished the meeting and walked into the hallway on my way back to my room, and to her... I have so many questions for her, like how did she survive the massacre? Or how she's so powerful. She made fighting that many members of the Phantom Troupe look easy! The amount of training and stamina she must've gathered through her lifetime since the massacre to now.... it's incredible to even think about.... and worrisome.
I get back to my room only to see her asleep on my couch. I'd be lying if I said she didn't at least look a little cute. I took a tiny moment to look at her peaceful sleeping expression, only to snap myself out of it soon after.
I then decided to pick her up, and gently lay her on my bed. When I let her go, she shifted a little on the bed. I'd be lying if I said that wasn't cute either.
'Its still hard to believe that I'm not the only Kurta, but it also makes me happy to know I was never the only one left. If my reaction to the massacre was bad, her's must've been worse! I can't let anything happen to her. I swear on my life and everyone I hold dear, I will keep her safe. Even if the cost of doing so, is my life.'
I walk back to my couch with a pillow in one hand and a blanket in the other. I set myself up in a comfortable position and go to sleep.
*Morning Time: (Y/N)'s P.O.V.*
I wake up in I believe it to be Kurapika's bed...? I'll admit, it's also EXTREMELY COMFY!!! I MEAN HOLY FLIP!!!! IT BEATS THE COUCH COMPLETELY!!!!!! I wonder though, did Kurapika out me here? He wasn't kidding when he said he wouldn't let me sleep anywhere else. 'I should go, I've made her wait long enough.' I think while peaking out the window for a small sight check for any mafia or Phantom Troupe morons.
Once I saw none of either group, I turned my head back to Kurapika.
"Thank you so much Kurapika, I hope to see you again soon." I whispered to him and jumped out the window only to make a flawless landing. 'I'm definitely getting better at that. Kurai's lessons are really paying off beautifully!' After that, I peacefully made my way to my secret base once again.
*Kurapika's P.O.V.*
I wake up to the sound of (Y/N)'s voice, but stayed completely and perfectly still. Not a twitch. As soon as I hear her leave I assume through the window, I immediately used in and quickly made my way to the window only to see her make a flawlessly perfect landing and start walking. 'Very impressive...' I smirked and in a flash, I was dressed and flying out the door to catch up to her, all while maintaining in.
Shortly after I left my room, I hid on top of a building, maintaining my in and following her, hoping she wouldn't notice I was still near by. I had to know where she was going. After last night, I couldn't help myself. I was captivated by her outstanding performance and confidence. She was definitely special, and I was determined to know more about this mysterious girl.
I kept following her until I noticed she was walking toward a wall covered in purple flowers and green leaves with a small fountain in the center on the ground with a strange looking goat spewing out water from its mouth.
(A/N): Please look at the picture up top for further detail.
'Why is she going here??... Is this her secret base?...' My head was suddenly flooded with question after question until she melt down infront of it and placed her hands in the stone fountain bowl's water and said something........ I think.
She then took her hands out and stood up and walked to the right side of the fountain, putting both her hands directly against the wall of flowers and leaves. A few seconds later, the flowers and leaves parted to reveal a pitch black wall underneath!
She walked strait through the wall of black and disappeared in to it. Suddenly, it slowly began to close. In that second, my body moved completely on its own, diving into the wall from the building close by. I nearly made it before it closed completely to reveal a grey brick wall covered in moss and vines behind me. I looked forward to see a large, beautiful purple forest infront of me.
'No turning back now.'
(A/N): This 👆 is what Kurapika is seeing infront of him. Beautiful is it not?💕 Hope you all enjoyed the chapter! I personally love where this story is going!😸 Oh! Also, huge shout out to @Kurapika51 for the name "Kurai". I do believe I heard that name from her first, so I'll stick with giving that credit to her for now.
(Note for @Kurapika51 ) If I'm wrong about that, please tell me.🙏🙏
(A/N): Anyways! Bug out! *Waves*
