Chapter 28: This Is Love

                                    

                                          
Charley's POV:
                          
I got a text saying that Nina was in trouble and said I had to meet him at our old house. I texted back saying, 'Wait, The house we were held captive?' He just responds with, 'YES'
                          
Oh no that's where we are living now Nina went there. I quickly jump into my car and raced home. Her car was there but she wasn't in it. I walk in and see mom looking at me angrily and she yelled, "I told you not to tell Nina," I said back, "I didn't. I don't know why she came here."
                          
She looked at me and saw that I was indeed telling the truth. I ask, "Let me talk to her. Even though you don't see her as your daughter she is still my sister. I beg you, let me take care of her," all she did was nod and let me through.
                          
I walk down the stairs and see her trying to escape through the secrete passage but I sealed it up. I run towards her and whisper, "Don't go the team will be here to save you," she looks at me with disbelief, "why should I trust you?"
                          
I was offended but knew why she was mad at me and I said, "You don't have to trust me but if you try to leave I promise you that either mom, dad, or even I will kill you."
                          
She looked scared and I went over to one of the victim drew my gun and shot the guy. She looked at he with horror. She reached to her side and I pointed it at her and said, "I wouldn't do that if I were you." She put her hands up in surrender and I left hoping she knew I didn't take her gun away from her.
                          
Hotch's POV:
                          
Emily came running into my office saying, "Nina texted me saying SOS Come quick to our old house." I knew exactly where she was talking about. I walk out of my office with Emily behind me.
                          
"Alright everyone suite up and get ready to go back to the house where Charley and Spencer were held captive. We believe that Nina is there right now. There is no one living there except for Dorian. Under no circumstances are you aloud to shoot him," I said as everyone started to get their vests on.
                          
I wanted Spencer and Emily to stay behind but I knew they both would fight me about staying behind so I allowed them to come with us. Were driving to the house to see two cars in the driveway. 
                          
Morgan takes the lead and breaks down the door. We all enter and BANG Morgan went down we all point our guns towards where Morgan got shot and it was Cathy.
                          
Cathy stood there with determination in her eyes. Then we heard crying from upstairs and J.J. and Emily went up there.
                          
A few moments later J.J was holding a young girl who was holding a gun that was too heavy for her. Also we heard a the basement door burst open. Nina was standing there out of breath and took the gun from the little girl and said, "J.J. get her out of here," and J.J. left with the girl crying and reaching towards Cathy saying, "Mommy no don't go."
                          
By the stairs I saw Charley holding a gun up to Emily's head with John following behind them. Nina immediately loaded the gun and pointed it at John. Then Cathy turned to hold the gun at Nina while I stayed on Cathy. Then I heard footsteps from the kitchen which was behind me and Dorian put the gun to my head, and so Emily had her gun at Dorian. 
                          
John pointed his gun at Spencer and he sadly had his gun on Charley. I knew this isn't what he wanted but everyone had a gun pointed at someone. I knew this wasn't going to end well.
                          
Nina's POV:
                          
I couldn't believe my own sister helped Dorian murder all those people. I couldn't trust her anymore. She then shot the lat person in the basement dead and I was shocked. 
                          
She left me without taking my gun away but I used it to my advantage. I tried shooting the windows but they were bullet proof and then at the door and nothing was helping. I soon ran out of bullets and started to give up but then I heard from upstairs someone bursting into the house and then a gunshot. I run up the stairs and start kicking at the door.
                          
I keep kicking until the door finally swung open and saw J.J. holding a little girl and the girl holding a gun. I quickly grabbed the gun from the girl and told J.J to get out of here. 
                          
I was so upset Charley had a gun to Emily so I pointed my gun to John. I kept looking at him thinking he was my father but Hotch was or so I think. Everything was happening to fast and Spencer didn't know what to do and pointed the gun at Charley and I could see tears forming in both of our eyes.
                          
Spencer's POV:
                          
I never wanted too hold a gun at Charley, but here I am today with a gun to my head and I'm facing her. I knew this wasn't what she wanted. She was following the crowd and lost herself.
                          
I finally understood what Hotch meant when he talked about love.
                          
No one is talking we all are frozen with guns pointed at each other. I didn't want this to end badly. I didn't want to die alone. I buried myself in facts and logic because every thing in my life needed to make sense.
                          
I slowly lowered my weapon and put it on the ground while Hotch asked, "Reid What Are You Doing?"
                          
I put my hands up in surrender and looked directly into Charley's eyes and said, "I don't know how to describe this feeling I feel with you Charley. You mean the world to me and I want you to be happy. I could never think of ever leaving you again. Charley I love you. When I am with you my world doesn't have to make sense. I don't understand myself even when I am not with you."
                          
I get down on one nee right in front of her ask her, "Will you marry me?"
                          
*BANG BANG BANG*
