«Sayaka Maizono's perspective»
I roll over in bed, my mind still clouded with what happened yesterday. Two students are already dead, gone forever. Anyone could be next.
I tie my necktie, the silk flowing in my fingers. It's identical to what my band mates wear.
Thinking of them no longer brings tears to my eyes. They used me as a ladder, all of us competing to become the perfect idol. More makeup, more money, plastic surgery, shady business deals: a never ending cycle. Part of me is glad I escaped.

I walk into the corridor, over to crowd of people forming by the staircase. The boundaries are gone now and I catch a scent of chlorine. A pool! Aoi will be so happy.

I stand by her door. "Aoi? Are you Ok?" I hear quiet sobbing inside. "The next floors been unlocked. There's a pool!"
"A pool?" She whimpers. "Really?"
She walks outside, squinting in the light. Her Face is red and blotchy, eyes still teary, but the smell of the pool forces a watery smile to form on her face.
"Let's go see this pool!" She starts walking up the stairs.
