Why does my stomach hurt so much? Man, Trevor and Alucard are probably arguing like always. Everything smells so weird. Wait now I remember. I was fighting that vampire then everything went black. My eyes fly open. I try to move my hand but I can't. My hands are tied tightly in front me. I can feel fear seize my heart. I am in a small room with a chair, a fireplace, and a mirror. There is a large painting hanging above the fireplace, it's a painting of a man, a woman and a young child. This has to be Dracula's castle.

"Lisa" I whisper looking at the painting. She is as happy as the first day we met. "That would make that little child Alucard. He never told me that he was such a cute kid." It's hard to think that they had such a hard story. If a stranger was to look at this family they would never suspect the truth. Unfortunately I know better.

Moving to the door I try the handle and of course it is locked. Worth a try. Next is the window. It is unlocked but looking out I am going to throw up. I hate heights. So the window is not an option, definitely not an option. I think I am going to hyperventilate just thinking about all that falling we did when we first found Alucard, hell I almost died. After everything that happened we became friends, Sypha with her giggle and beautiful magic, Alucard with his calm demeanor and fun banter, and finally the one and only Trevor Belmont he may smell and look like a bear but he is someone I love. Each one of them I want to spend every second with having adventures and laughing till we cry. Whatever Dracula does I will never betray them. I believe they can do it; they can beat Dracula. And then Lisa can finally rest in peace.

I find a comfortable corner near the window. Looking out I can see the moon shining down, it's almost full. Two days left with it being so close I can feel the beast pushing to break free. The fire crackles in the fireplace throwing its warm glow onto me. After the fight with the demons and the vampire I am exhausted. A few minutes of sleep wouldn't hurt. With that decision I curl up getting as comfortable as I can and slip off into a light sleep with the memories of my smiling friends heavy on my mind.

I am starting to become aware of another presence in the room. I lie there curled in the corner listening to the breathing of the other 'person' in the room. I still can't smell anything over the blood, this sucks.

"I know you're awake, I can hear your heartbeat.'' Something in the way the voice said this made me sad for him. Like he is the only person is the whole world and just wants it to end. I guess I can't fake sleep any more.

Slowly, I move from my seat. My hands are still tied but someone wrapped a cloth around the scratches on my arm and back at least they want to make sure I don't bleed out.

Rising to my feet I move, keeping to the shadows I find the other presence. I can't be suprised its a fucking vampire. Something about this vampire is different. I can almost see the power radiating off of him. His pointed beard and mustache look very familiar. Oh shit it's Dracula.

"Dracula I presume" I am seriously trying to swallow my fear right now. There is no way I will ever be able to fight him in a one on one battle and win. Best solution is for me to keep him talking and not piss him off. If Sypha and Alucard are able to find a way to trap the castle I just need to buy them time till then. Keep Dracula away from them. Two days left till the full moon, maybe then I will be able to fight. Deep breathes Charlie; it's only the original vampire.

I kept my back against the wall before I spoke even if my hands are tied I just need to be able to dodge any attacks. "Your whole war revolves around the church burning Lisa Tepes at the stake." Dracula moves faster than I can react. Fuck, he's faster then I thought. Dracula has me pinned up to the wall by my throat. Shit! I try to tell him to stop but there is something in his eyes that makes me shut up. So much pain. I can't fight him.
