Makes for 3 Servings
Ingredients:
6 cloves of minced garlic
3 1/2 chopped mushrooms
1 pinch of salt and pepper
8 oz of cream cheese
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup of chives
2 sirloin steaks
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
1.Saute the garlic and mushrooms until they become translucent. Season them with salt and pepper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the mushrooms with the cream cheese, egg yolks, and chives. Stir until combined.
3. Preheat the oven for 400 degrees.
4. Season both sides of the steak.
5. Cut about 3/4 of they way through the steak, making the cuts 1-inch apart.
6. Spoon the mushroom mixture generously in each cavity of the steak.
7. Fry the steak on one side and then place the Parmesan cheese on the top. Bake the steaks for 15 minutes.
