(Delaven's POV)
                          
When Mangle tried to cheer me up, I looked at her and realized how sad she looked. "Hey, are you alright?" I asked. "Nothing. I'm fine." Mangle said. "Mangle." I said. I know she's lying. Mangle slowly looked at me and was on the verge of crying again. I noticed and she held her face and her tears started shedding faster. 
                          
"Mangle?" I asked. I watched as she cried and then hugged me by surprise. "Mangle, what's wrong?" I asked. "Springtrap's right. I've ruined everything." Mangle said. I can't believe she believes him and his lies. But even if I did tell her, she'll still believe it, but I gotta try. "Mangle, do you really believe that?" I asked. "What?" Mangle asked. "Do you really believe what that jackrabbit said to you?" I asked. "I don't know." Mangle said. "Well, what if I told you that he was lying?" I asked. "How would you know?" Mangle asked as she tried to wipe her tears away. I helped her. 
                          
"I saw you and your friends." I said. Mangle looked at me. "The look in your eyes. It wasn't you. Your lust for revenge got the best of you. It wasn't your fault. I know because I know how you feel." I said.
                          
(Mangle's POV)
                          
He said the same thing again like before. "What are you talking about?" I asked. "Over the years, I've been trying to find out who killed my mother and make them pay, but no luck. I wanted my revenge on them so badly, I could kill them with my bare hands. And I'm still looking for them." Del said as he growled, which is scaring me a little.
                          
Now I know what he means. Wait. "Del, what if he was right here?" I asked. "Huh? What do you mean?" Del asked. "What if Springtrap killed your mom? What if he started the fire?" I asked. "There's no way. If that was possible, I would have known by now." Del said. "I know it was him. I just have a hunch." I said. "Look, I wanna believe you, but how can I when Freddy is the enemy?" Del asked. "He's not the enemy. I've known him for a long time." I said.
                          
Del looked at me like he believes me. "Are you sure that if I come out of hiding, Freddy will forgive me?" Del asked. "Yes. He's not like the way you know him. Besides, what did you do that made him hate you?" I asked. He was about to say something, but stopped to think. "Good point." Del said. "Del, I wouldn't be saying this if I wasn't sure. Please." I said. Del sighed and nodded a little. "Alright. I guess I'll take your word for it." Del said. "Thank you. And are Foxy and the others really looking for me?" I asked.
                          
"Of course. And I know by now, they're probably stopping by to see Freddy cause he knows this place inside and out. Give them time. And promise me something." Del said. "Yeah?" I asked. "When you and your friends, mostly Chica, see each other again, promise me that you and them work things out. OK?" Del asked. "Yes. I promise." I said. Del smiled. "Thanks." Del said. I smiled back. I don't know how this is possible, but I think I'm in love with him. But, I hope Foxy understands.
