I woke up on the morning to a smell of pancakes. I put on slippers and a bathrobe to cover up my scars. I ran down the steps and into the kitchen. Gerard was at the table reading the newspaper, bandit was on the floor playing with some ponies, and Lyn-z was making pancakes. She set a plate in front of me and I put syrup on them and dug in. Gerard leaned in and kissed my head. We felt like a family. After breakfast I went and got dressed. I put on a pair of black skinny's and an all time low tee shirt I quickly put on a sweater and went down stairs. Gerard was in his shorts and a tee-shirt and Lyn-z was cleaning in some short jean shorts and a tank top. Bandit walked in and had on some jean shorts and a tee shirt with her dad on it. I giggled. I think she was her dad's biggest fan. Gerard said that we were going to the park. So he and Lyn-z got sunglasses to cover up their faced and I got some to protect my eyes from the sun. Bandit ran to her room and I was wondering what for when she came out wearing a pair of hot pink sunglasses.  
                          
We are the sunglasses family." Said Gerard. Family, I liked it. So we went out and started walking. It was pretty hot out. We got to the park and bandit ran off. Gerard Lyn-z and I went to a bench and sat and watched bandit. 
                          
"I am hot" said Gerard 
                          
"Yes you are" said Lyn-z and she kissed Gerard. I started giggling 
                          
"Aren't you hot?" ask Gerard. Oh shit. 
                          
"No" I lied 
                          
Later on the way home Gerard got a call. He answers and had a concerned face. I could tell something was wrong. When he got off the phone he looked at me and said that my father shot my mom and than he shot himself. I looked at him with worry.  
                          
"Did they live?" even though they left me I still had feelings for my family. He looked at me and shook his head no. I wanted to fall on the ground a kill myself. I started shaking and I ran the rest of the way home. I went and locked myself in my room and went to my dresser. I pulled something out and it shined in the light. I put it to my wrist and started to cut myself. Once I was satisfied I locked myself in the bathroom and washed my wrist off and covered it in Band-Aids I put my sweatshirt on and walked out of my room. Gerard was on the phone and when he got off he told me that the band was coming over in a little bit. An hour later the doorbell rang bandit ran to it and peeked out the window. It was frank his wife and his kids. They came in and let Cherry and lily go play with bandit and Jamia put Miles down on the floor to crawl around. We went to the living room and ten minutes later the doorbell rang again. Cherry, lily, and bandit all answered it. It was Mikey and his wife Alisha.  
                          
"Uncle Mikey" all the girls yelled. 
                          
"owwww my ears" mikey complained 
                          
I jumped on him and purposely yelled in his ear "uncle Mikey!!!" he dumped me on the floor and tickled me. I started yelling and Alisha pulled him off of me. The door rang right them so I answer it and it was Ray and Christina. I gave them a hug and we all went to the living room. We talked watched movies and ate pizza. Later I went to my room for a second and pulled of my band-aids and I made sure that my wrist had stopped bleeding and I went out to the living room again. A little while later I was hungry so I went to the kitchen and reached up to the top shelf and grabbed the crackers. Right them my sleeves fell down to my forearm and Mikey walked in.
