"Lizbeth, Lizbeth, wake up!" Lizbeth heard Teddy shout as he shook her awake.

She groaned, opening her eyes to see him and Maggie standing before him. "What?" She asked, still half-asleep.

"The room is filled with roses!" Teddy continued on, much to Lizbeth's confusion.

She finally got up and walked into the main part of the chambers to find that place was filled with dozens of red and white roses.

She looked forward to find her mother looking down at one of the vases with a sad smile on her face.

It brought her flashbacks of Edward.

Lizbeth remembered how her father used to leave a white rose and red rose at Nora's bedside every night for almost twenty years to remind her that they were as one. Edward, the white rose of House York and Nora, the red rose of House Lancaster.

Lizbeth once told Henry what she told her father years ago. That she wanted a love like her mother and father had. She didn't want some easy love. She wanted a difficult one like the one they had. A love where there was obstacles, obstacles she had to overcome with the man she loved to make the love they had for each other become stronger.

He remembered.

Lizbeth sighed in defeat as she walked closer to them. Lizzie and Nora turned to the duo, both of them smiling, "These are for you, Lizbeth," Her mother informed her happily, "It would seem Henry will do anything in his power to convince you to forgive him."

"But I won't," Lizbeth whispered to herself and Cecily frowned at her.

"Why? I would. He's in love with you. It doesn't matter what you do to wrong him, he'll always love you," Cecily complained, gesturing down to the roses.

"Like Father did with Mother," Lizbeth admitted softly as she turned to look at Nora, who gave her daughter a puzzled look.

That morning, Henry sat in his room alone eating his morning meal when his mother entered.

"I heard that Princess Lizbeth caused a spectacle yesterday," She informed Henry, causing him to roll his eyes as he slowly looked up at his mother.

"It is nothing to be concerned about, Mother," Henry assured her as he shook his head.

"I also heard that you had two dozen red and white roses brought in from the gardens to be placed in her room," Margaret explained in a venomous tone, "Henry, you mustn't--"

"Did you poison Grace Plantagenet?" He suddenly asked, causing Margaret to freeze in place.

She remained silent for a long moment. It was as though she struggled to form words, which Henry noticed.
