Many drinks later, Rena and Jaemin decided to sit at a booth in the corner of the dinning area after winning their third round of beer pong. They were just chatting, getting to know one another.

"Na Jaemin, tell me something about yourself that most people don't know." Rena said to the boy, catching him by surprise.

"I'm the son of General Na," he replied with a smirk. Rena shook her head.

"Tell me something else, everyone knows that one."

"Hm..." Jaemin thought for a moment. "My parents think I'm a troubled kid that lacks motivation, that's why they sent me here." Rena's smiled disappeared from her face. Did I make a mistake confiding in her? Jaemin thought to himself, looking down into his lap, fiddling with his fingers.

"You know," Rena said, hesitating in the middle of her sentence. She placed her hand on his arm. "You're not as cold as you pretend to be."

Jaemin looked up at her, his face inches away from hers. He admired her beauty, her elegance in her movements, especially during training. He could feel her breath, warm against his face. His eyes trailed down to her lips, longing for a taste. He inched his face closer as Rena closed her eyes, their lips meeting one another.

Rena's arms found themselves wrapping around Jaemin's neck, as his arms slid around her waist, pulling her closer and deepening the kiss. Her hands began playing with his hair, fingers getting lost in his locks.

Cheers erupted from the pong table, signalling the end of a match, breaking their trance. Jaemin looked into Rena's eyes, longing for more.

"Let's take this to my room." He suggested. Rena nodded in agreement. He grabbed her hand, pulling her through the crowds of people.

As they passed Jaehyun's door, the saw the seniors sitting in the hallway, chatting with one another as they sipped from their drinks. Jaemin's eyes locked with Jaehyun's for a second. Jaehyun mouthed the words stay safe and gave the boy a small smirk. Jaemin smiled back and brought Rena up another floor to his room.

Jaemin could still here the music blasting as he opened his door, letting Rena inside. Jaemin closed the door as Rena admired the pictures in his room.

"I didn't know you had a younger sister." She said, pointing at the family picture on his wall.

"Had is the keyword." Jaemin replied snaking his arms around her waist, back-hugging her as he rested his chin on her shoulder.

"Oh." Rena didn't know what to say.

"She was staked during the Vampire Civil War." Jaemin explained. Rena recalled learning about that war in class.

"I'm so sorry." She said. Jaemin squeezed her tighter, reassuring her that he was fine.

"It's not your fault." He closed his eyes. Something about Rena put Jaemin at ease. "Tell me something about yourself." Asked the girl as she continued scanning the photos.

"I have no family." She confided in him. That took Jaemin by surprise. He loosened his grip.

"What about Jaehyun?" He asked.

"We're not blood related. All demons are orphans. My only memory is looking the devil in the eyes before waking up in the forest outside of Jaehyun's house."

"Oh." Jaemin's didn't know much about demons. He only knew they existed. "I think that's enough serious talk for one night." He whispered in her ear, sending shivers down her spine as he lay a soft kiss on her neck.

He spun her around, meeting her eyes, silently asking for permission. She gave him a small nod. He leaned in, meeting her lips once again. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she pulled him in, begging for more. Jaemin lifted her up, placing her softly on his desk as she wrapped her legs around him. A soft moan escaped her lips as he slowly broke the kiss, looking into her eyes that had turned a deep shade of violet while his became a dark red.
