"Alvaro!" Mattia greeted loudly as he burst into the medium sized hospital room with a big smile on his face.
Alvaro whipped his head up, his lips instantly turning up into a similar wide grin when seeing his best friend enter. "Mattia! What's up dude?"
The boy shrugged. "Been better, but I'm glad you're doing good Al...how've you been since the surgery?" Mattia dragged over one of the chairs just as the door opened again, revealing Alejandro.
The older boy immediately threw himself at Alvaro, holding him tightly as he buried his face in his boyfriends neck before inhaling deeply to keep himself together. "I'm so glad you're okay."
"Me too, Ale.....me too."
Mattia watched fondly as his two friends hugged each other, trying not to feel envious of the fact that they were able to do that. Of course he was glad that Alvaro wasn't in the same condition as Kairi but even still....it's only been a day and he already missed him.
