I sat at the very back of the room with Dominique. Our hats were pulled tightly onto our heads as an attepmt to hide at least some of our faces. The press would be more interested in the boys anyway, but we really didn't care to be asked any questions today. Hangover had it's claws tightly around the both of us. The afterparty of their latest show had been one of the wildest parties I had ever gone to and believe me when I tell you that my ears were still ringing. Thankfully, all Dominique and I had to do was sit in the corner and try to not get recognised. I couldn't say the same for the band though.

They were sitting behind a desk at the front with cameras flashing at them while the press asked them questions. Tomorrow would be their last night of the tour and they were going out with a bang in Edmonton, Canada. The show would be one of the biggest of the North American leg of the tour and since it was the last one, the press wanted to know every little detail of the upcoming show and the events of the tour before it.

John was sitting at the far right of the row. He rubbed his forehead and sighed deeply. Did he look hungover? A little, yes. Was he doing a pretty damn good job hiding just how hungover he actually was? also yes. When we had woken up this morning he had been lying in the shower of the hotel room in his own vomit. The entire morning went by in an attempt to stop him from constantly throwing up. Now he was sitting in front of at least 100 members of the press. I did not envy him.

"So, Freddie. The tour is almost over. As the leader of Queen, what does the future hold for the band? will we be seeing more albums and tours in the futre?" A man asked.

John rolled his discreetly and turned his face towards Freddie, who was seated beside him. Freddie had sunglasses over his eyes as he was equally as hungover as the rest of the group. He took a long drag from his cigarette and let out a sigh.

"I am not the leader of Queen, simply the lead singer, my dear. But to answer your question, yes I think it would be quite impossible for us to stop making music. After the European leg of the tour is finished, I'm sure we will get right back to songwriting." He answered into his microphone.

"After a small break at home with our families." Brian added and the rest nodded along.

The next question was for Roger.

"Roger, the Canadian fans want to know: Are you currently seeing anyone or are you looking for someone to catch your eye? Do the ladies of Canada stand a chance?" A lady asked. I could feel Dominique shifting on her seat ans crossing her arms on her chest. The queastion was idiotic. Everyone knew that Roger and Dominique were dating, they had been for a while now. I gave Dominique a sympathetic smile.

Roger leaned forward with a smirk on his face. "While I am flattered to hear that the ladies of Canada are showing interest, I am not on the market. Sorry." He said and leaned back. He too was wearing sunglasses, but I could tell he was making eye contact with Dominique.

The press conference went on for almost another hour. At one point I was certain that John was going to throw up but he managed to keep himself together. Once the conference was over and the press had cleared themselves out of the room, I made my way back stage to find John lying on the floor with his hand over his eyes. I sat down next to him and brushed my fingers across his forehead. He took his hands off his eyes and looked up at me. A small smile rose onto his lips before he closed his eyes again.

"Hi." He mumbled. I took my hat off my head and put it over his eyes. He mumbled a small 'thanks' before putting his other arm to the side, gesturing for me to lay down next to him. I laughed a little before laying down onto the cold floor. On any other day it would've been uncomfortable, but today it felt like heaven. The cold was doing wonder to our hangovers. Until Roger barged into the room and almost tripped on us.
