This is going to sum up what happens to each essential character after the final chapter.
(Y/N) (L/N) went on to live a happy life with his family until the age of 53, he died from complications with his health due to significant injuries sustained in the past. He was found by his wife when she tried to wake him up like she always had.
Daenerys Targaryen struggled to cope with the loss of her husband for a long time but later moved on and handed the throne to her successor.  She died at the age of 65, 13 years after (Y/N).  She was found by her handmaidens the next morning.
Tyrion Lannister died in his bed, alone, he was found by (F/N), (M/N) and Rhaella who all said that the room smelled of wine.  He died at the age of 87.
(F/N) Targaryen despite becoming a strong warrior and fierce army commander he could not cope with losing so many loved ones so quickly that he began  to lose sense of reality...some claimed he was mad like his grandfather and on the night of his mother's funeral he threw himself from the red keep, many suspected murder except for his sisters who could tell the truth from the moment they heard that he died.  He died at the age of 32.
(M/N) Targaryen moved on with her life and later married a southern lord and had one child before dying at the age 70
Rhaella Targaryen ascended to the throne and ruled by herself for many years until she realised the importance of continuing the Targaryen legacy and whent on to have 5 children who all had traditional Targaryen names Aegon, Rhaenys, Visenya, Daenerys and Aerys, her children all tried to make claim to the throne however the only child with the right was Aegon as he was the oldest...but unfortunately he was found with his throat slit at the age of 15.  Rhaella died that same night...suspiciously at the age of 80.
Jon Snow continued to rule as King in the North for two more years after (Y/N) and Daenerys visited Winterfell he then relinquished his title and left Winterfell never to be seen again.
Sansa Stark ruled as Queen in the North for the rest of her life and died in her chair by the fire in the hall of Winterfell at the age of 79, she had no heir and so the ruling of the north was left to Bran Stark.
Arya Stark sailed west again after returning briefly and hasn't been seen since.
Bran Stark stays in Winterfell reluctantly ruling the North whilst perfecting his abilities
Drogon is last under the red keep and hasn't been seen since the death of Daenerys.
