"Your welcome," I responded when a female came up to us saying, "Paula, he is ready to be fed," the female says as she looks at me flirtation.
                          
I smile at her, nope, she not my mate.
                          
"Alfonso, I'll be right back, I want to talk to you some more," Paula says as she gets up.
                          
I  turned to look at her mom, "she feeding my grandson," Lucy smiled as she got up because someone had called her.
                          
Paula has a son, Paula has a son from Mason, oh, shit. "Alfonso, come, let me introduce to some of the females around here," the Alpha asked.
                          
After walking around for about an hour with the Alpha, I had no luck finding my mate. I'm happy for Hayden, he so excited.
                          
"Well, Alfonso that is all our single females, I'm sorry that you couldn't find your mate here," he says as we stood there talking.
                          
"That is okay sir, I do appreciate you letting come onto your land so that I can find her," I said to him as I nod in respect.
                          
"Your very welcome, I would like to thank you for being there for my daughter. She told us what happened and I'm very happy that you kick his ass, worthless piece of shit. I don't understand why my daughter mate is like that. He comes from a good family and his obsession with this female is ridiculous. The Alpha told us what he did, he so ashames of his son, who can blame him, I would be too. They never told us the girl's name, they wanted to protect her privacy. She not there in the pack anymore, they left and no one knows where they left too. My daughter is hurt and he lied to her, I swear if I can kill that SOB I would but for my daughter's sake I can't," he says angrily when he got interrupted.
                          
"Excuse Alpha, but Paula would like Alfonso to meet him inside if that is okay with you?" she asked nervously because she can sense how mad he is.
                          
"What, oh, sure, sorry. We can talk later," he says as he looks at me.
                          
"Follow me please," she says as I started to follow her.
                          
I followed her as we both walk back into the house, then she was taking me upstairs. 
                          
"She is in that room, go ahead and walk in," she points to the door.
                          
"Thank you," I responded.
                          
I open the door and I saw Paula smiling at me as I walk in, "have a seat," she says as she rocking in a rocking chair with the baby in her arms.
                          
There was a table in between us, I sat in a recliner. 
                          
"So you're a mom," I smiled at her.
                          
"Yes," she looks so happy now that she is with her baby. "Alfonso, I want to apologize for the way my mate was acting towards you," she said right away.
                          
"No, don't apologize for him. You did nothing wrong, okay," I said to her as she nodded. "So what happened, if you don't mind me asking?" I asked.
                          
"What didn't happened, he played me. Saying things will get better, I promise it's only you, I love you and our baby, and so on. Which me being the fool that I am, I believe him. We mated and I was pregnant with my son. Things got so bad for me and my baby that I delivered my son early. All the stress that he put me through made me had my son early, this isn't fair for him and not for me. I had to think of my son, so when I had my son I was with Emma and the Luna, my parents arrived after I had my son. He wasn't' there because his dad had him chained up, he kept messing up and he got chained up a lot, to the point where I didn't even go down to unchain him.  He's never going to change, so I left him, I took our son and came back home. I heard he saw his son and how he wanted to see me but I didn't want to see him at all. He hurt us badly, Alfonso," she says with tears in her eyes, she kisses the top of her son's head.
                          
"I'm so sorry," I said to her. "No female should go through what you went through. I don't understand how he can treat his mate like that, the love of his life," I said to her as I reach out to her touching her hand.
                          
"I don't know if they told you this, but he is in love with someone else. What Emma has told me, he's been in love with this girl since they were kids. Emma never told me her name because they want to respect her privacy, anyways, when Mason came of age to shift and claim his mate. He was so sure that the girl was his mate but when his wolf told him that she wasn't his mate, he was mad. Emma understood why he would treat her like shit afterward. Alfonso, he hit her then a week later he rape her, why did I have to end up with a mate like that," she cried softly trying not to wake the baby. 
                          
"Oh, Paula," I got up and kneel down by her and her son. 
                          
"I'm going to reject him, Alfonso. I'm going back next week to reject him, I don't want him and I don't love him. I'm going to care for him because he is my mate and father to our son but I don't want to be with him," she says looking at me then grab my hand.
                          
"Do what you think is best for you and your son," I said giving her a smile.
                          
"Thank you," she says as her son starts to squirm in her arms. "Oh, I'm sorry, this little guy here is Michael James," she says as she turns him around to face me.
                          
"He is handsome, looking like his momma," I said smiling at her as I was shaking her son's hand softly.

                          
"Your sweet, Alfonso," she says to me with a smile.

"Oh, my baby," I heard a lady yell.
                          
Then the whole pack got a mindlink from Ethan.
                          
"From this day on, this baby is mine, I am the father, no one else. If anyone asked, this is the Alpha child," he commanded in his Alpha voice.
                          
Whoa, what made him say that. I don't care because this is his child, not Mason. 
                          
"Mom, can you keep your voice down, my mate is asleep," Ethan says softly.
                          
"What!' his mom screamed.
                          
"Mom"
                          
"Sorry, sweetie, I'm so happy for you," she says.
                          
"Mom, Dad this is Ms. Sofia, my mate mom. Ms. Sofia, this is my mom Susan, and my dad Jordan," Ethan said as he is introducing them.
                          
His parent, shit, "Ethan," I called out.
                          
"Excuse me," he says.
                          
"Love, I'm so sorry they woke you," he came running in worried.
                          
"It's okay, I hear you mom and dad came home," I said to him as I was sitting up.
                          
"Yes," he responded as he was helping me up.
                          
"Can you send my mom in here to help me, but first help me to the bathroom," I asked.
                          
He picks me up and places me on the toilet," I'll send your mom in, Love," he kisses my forehead then walks out closing the door.
                          
"Ethan," I called out and he came walking back in. "Yes," he responded quickly.

                          
"Are you okay? And why did you send that message to everyone in the pack?" I asked.
                          
He came up to me close to my ear and whispered, "I'll tell you when we are alone," he says then kissed my cheek and I nodded yes.
                          
There was a knock on my door and knew it was my mom, she came in smiling, "hey baby."
                          
"Hey mom, how was work?" I asked and as she was helping me out she was telling me about her day.
                          
"So your mate was telling me to quit working and how he will take care of me. I just don't know, I mean I love cooking and I don't want to leave Ana hanging. What do you think?" she asked.
                          
"I would love to have you home more often mom, and your grandchild would love to see his grandma. It's up to you, why don't you asked Ana if you can just work on weekends and you can be home during the week. Just an idea, thinking about it," I said to her as I grab her hand.
                          
"I'll think about it," she said as she grabs the door handle and called out for Ethan.
                          
"Ready, Love?" Ethan came in asking.
                          
"Yes," he picks me up.
