I was walking to my locker when I saw Luke and Kendall arguing.
"It's because of her?" I heard Kendall say.
"Brooklyn" she said to me and then pulled me to her.
"Can you let go?" I said, snatching my arm away.
"You like to steal girls boyfriends huh" she said to me and I laughed.
"Kendall" Luke said.
"No, why don't you stop being a hoe and stop looking for Luke?" she said.
"You're insane" I said and tried to leave but she pulled me back.
"Kendall, let her go" Luke said.
And I left.
On my way to the gym, I bumped into Luke.
I rolled my eyes.
"Sorry" he said.
"Oh, and next time leave me out of your relationship problems" I said.
"Yeah, I'm sorry about that but don't worry, there'll be no more next time because there's no relationship anymore"
And for some reason, that lifted me up.
Omg, snap out of it Brooklyn.
"Well that's good I guess" I said.
"Yeah, I'll go out of my way for you" he said and grabbed my cheek.
He started rubbing his thumb and I closed my eyes.
"It's your turn" he whispered and my heart started beating fast.
"I didn't ask you to" I said, opening my eyes and he let a small laugh out.
"Leave him" he whispered.
I closed my eyes.
"I can't" I whispered, my lips trembling.
"Have a good practice" he whispered and kissed my cheek.
I opened my eyes and saw him leaving.
And all practice I couldn't stop thinking about him.
"You okay? You've been distracted" Becca asked me.
"Yeah, I'm fine" I said.
No, I'm not fine, it was like months ago when all I could think about was Luke.
