*No POV*
When Lloyd arrived at the museum, he found two cops waiting behind a bunch of investigation tape. He jumped through them, greeting the two with, "I got your call there was a break-in?"
"The night watchman over there had quite the scare," the younger one told him. "Doesn't remember a thing."
"Hasn't been too helpful," the older one added. "Maybe you'll have better luck."
"Thanks." Lloyd lowered his hood and walked over to the man, who had a beige blanket over him and a cup of warm tea.
Behind him, the two cops talked amongst themselves.
"Did you make the call for him?"
"No, I didn't. Did you?"
"Hell no... I wonder who did?"
The guard panted softly, seemingly scared. Lloyd asked him, "So you were on guard when it happened?"
When he didn't answer, he had another question. "Can you show me what was stolen?"
Again, no response. This time Lloyd placed his hand on his shoulder and smiled softly. "I'm here to help you."
Now, with a small scowl, the guard grabbed Lloyd by the wrist, dragging him away. He had no choice but to follow until he was practically shoved into a room and locked in.
"I was knocked out," the guard began, his voice sounding rather young and deep for his older face. "When I came to, I found the only thing stolen was something that wasn't even on display."
The guard led him to a box that was left open, sand spilling from it. "Just a worthless, old armor brass-plate they call, The Allied Armor of Azure."
"Why would a thief leave these priceless relics and take just that?" Lloyd asked, looking into the box.
"Oh, I don't know," the guard responded. "Maybe it's because when you're in trouble, they say it's got the power to summon allies, whether they be friends, foes, even spirits from the Cursed Realm."
To Lloyd's disadvantage, he didn't notice the guard going to grab a hammer. "The Cursed Realm? My father is there..."
Fortunately, he turned around at the right time, just to see the guard swinging the hammer toward his head. He gasped and jumped away, landing on his stomach a few inches away.
The guard continuously tried to attack the green ninja and he ended up discarding the blanket on him, revealing the armor plate on his chest.
"Allied Armor... you stole it?"
"So, Wu chose you to be the beloved Green Ninja? Silly old man."
"How do you know Sensei? And if you got a bone to pick with me, maybe we can discuss things without weapons?"
But the guard didn't listen as he swung the hammer again, hitting a stack of blocks. Lloyd ducked, but it ended up falling on the guard instead. He moved the blocks away, saying, "I don't wanna hurt you."
And just when he was about to jump up again, he groaned, staying down. A shadow lifted from his body, going into a framed photo of Master Chen.
Lloyd's eyes widened as the figure moved out of the frame a bit.
The guard, whose now older voice matched his appearance better, said in fear, "What's going on? Someone was in my head...!"
A laugh escaped the frame, which caused Lloyd to run over to it and smash it into pieces. But the shadow only rose up into the large, golden statue of a serpentine and said, "Your powers are useless! You think you can hurt a ghost? I can possess anything!"
