Still at night, Robotnik slammed his fist on a table in his truck.
"That damn dog, cop, hedgehog, and those teens fucking escaped!! Ragh!!" Robotnik yelled with frustration
The moment he stood up, Scooby's dog tag fell out of his pocket and he picked it up as it shimmered a bright light.
"What the?" he whispered as he set the tag in a glass box connected to a keyboard and typed away on the keyboard
After a few hours of typing, he removed a USB from the keyboard and inserted it to a USB slot to view the files on it on his main holo-computer. What he found amazed him. He not only found ou why Scooby could talk, but he also found out Scooby had a power laying dormant within him.
"Wow.......this info can be useful for my plan of upmost world domination." he whispered to himself
As he read through the rest of the result of the test, he found a clearer explanation, clearer to him anyways and that one of Scooby's distant ancestors was a creature from Sonic's home-world.
"Fascinating.....this dog is a descendant of an other worldly being.......but what is his currently dormant power? Hmmmm...." Robotnik whispered
