It's been a week since announcing our engagement to our friends, it's also been a week since finding out my cousin Layla and soon to be brother in law Franco are expecting a baby. 
                          
For the last week, we've been laying low, hanging out at the dorm and filling in paperwork to officially sign ourselves out of college. School starts back on Monday but none of us will be returning, rather we'll be headed back to America to start our new lives. 
                          
Two nights ago I spoke to my parents on the phone and gave them very basic information on what was happening and that I needed them to attend the ball and bring a few of the crew with them. Of course Dad wanted as much information out of me as possible, but I assured him everything would be fine and to please just attend. 
                          
That wasn't necessarily the truth. Dom and I don't know how Lorenzo is going to take all of this, so we thought it would be best to have the Cobras there for back up if it came to it. At the same time, I suppose I don't know how my father will react to the news, I don't think my father will take to kindly to the fact Lorenzo went against him and was no longer protecting me, rather putting me in danger due to his own thoughts and feelings.
                          
Today is the day, the night of ball Lorenzo has put on to hand over the reins to Dom, tonight is the night everything is going to finally be out in the open. My parents are arriving in a few hour's time and will be checking into a hotel, nobody except for us knowing they're coming. 
                          
"How are you feeling?" Bex questions as she makes her into the room 
                          
"Good, I think" I take a deep breath and sit down on the edge of the bed "Everything has happened so quickly, before I know it we'll be back in America." 
                          
"This is what you want though right?" she questions as she sits down next to me 
                          
"Yes, this is what I want, to marry Dom, to take over the Cobras, to have you guys come home with me. It's just all moving so quickly" 
                          
"Well whatever you need along the way I'll be here for you okay" she takes my hand in hers and gives it a soft squeeze "Me and Dom and Riccardo"
                          
"I know, thank-you." I smile and rest my head on hers for a moment. 
                          
"We should start packing, shouldn't we? They'll kick us out the second we hand in those papers" Bex stands up 
                          
"Luckily for you, most of your things are already at Riccardo's in bags" I smile. 
                          
Since returning, Bex has been staying with Riccardo to give Dom and I space as the dorm room would be a little crowded with the four of us staying together.
                          
"And lucky for you, I'll help you pack your things as well because I'm a good friend" she giggles

I pull my dress over my body and give myself a quick look in the mirror as I take a deep breath. My hair is out and loosely curled and my make up is light and flawless. I'm wearing a white, tight fitted dress that comes to the knee with short chiffon sleeves. To add a little bit of bling I'm hearing silver rhinestone heels and will be taking a clutch that matches 
                          
Knock Knock 
                          
I open the door and Dom steps in looking sexy as ever in a tight-fitting navy blue suit, crisp white shirt and a silver coloured tie and matching pocket square 
                          
"Wow" he breathes out as he looks me up and down 
                          
"I could say the same, you look so handsome" I smile up at him 
                          
"And you look beautiful." he takes a step closer and places his hand on my hip, kissing my lips gently 
                          
"You're a vision in white" Bex smiles as she steps into the room
