C H A P T E R 03

                                    

                                          
*R O S E's P O V*
I walked into the attic which my dad and sister made my room. It's huge and I have my own bathroom. I start unpacking my small bag and putting my pictures of me and my friends and books in the bookshelves that dad had put installed. 
I made a whole shelf of Harry Potter. Im sitting on my bed with a book I picked up a few days ago before leaving called After. I place it on a shelf along with the other books of the series. Then finish unpacking everything else.  
When I'm finished unpacking I flop back onto the bed and close my eyes. Before sleep engulfs me there's a knock at the door. I sit up and groan. 
"Come in." I say to the person at the door. 
"Hey Ro, you wanna talk about the other day?" Bella asks leaning against the door. I stiffen for a few minutes before nodding my head. 
"You can sit down, but close the door." I say sitting up and sitting criss cross on my bed. She smiles a small smile before closing the door and jumping my bed beside me. 
"Spill sista." Bella says pulling a bear into her chest. 
"You remember my friend Jack?" I ask her looking at the chipped paint on my nails. 
"Yeah of course I remember Jack. You were head over heels in love with that boy. Ive never seen you fall for someone like you did him. Why?" Bella asks sitting up and crossing her legs. 
"Well a few months after you left he asked me out and of course I said yes. Well we had been dating ever since and when I told him I was moving we both told each other we would end t so neither of us would get hurt in the end. Well I didn't expect it to come so soon yesterday when he did it and it literally chipped away a piece of my soul Bella. I couldn't breathe it hurt so bad." I say with tears falling down my face again. "Bella why does it hurt so much?" 
She looks at me with tears forming in her eyes before his pulls me into her chest. "I don't know Rosie. Sometimes are hearts just aren't ready to let go of someone when our brain is. I'm in the same place as you Snow." 
I look up at her after whipping the tears away. "What do you mean?" I ask sniffling. 
"When I moved here a guy caught not only my eyes yes but also my heart without my permission. A few months ago he left. We didn't really break up but it felt like a hole was literally punch through my chest. I don't think that hole will ever be fixed. And it's ok if mine and your hearts aren't fixed because we are both gonna live through our heartache." Bella says grabbing my hands in hers. 
"Do you think he'll come back to you?" I ask looking in her eyes to find hurt. 
"I don't know. I hope he will one day, but I have this feeling it will be a long time before he does." She says looking at her hands. 
"It sucks Bella. Even when I knew it was gonna happen it still hurt so much." I sob leaning against her shoulder. "What helped you?" 
"Jake did Ro. But only during the day at night my mind eats me up." Bella says whipping my tears away while hers flow freely. 
"Then maybe we can both help each other." I say whipping her tears. "Neither of us should be alone while we are hurting." 
"Of course little sister." She says hugging me close to her. "Gosh I've missed you." 
"I missed you too Bels." I say hugging her close scared she's gonna disappear. "Let's have a girls night. Like we used to." 
I start bouncing and smiling at her. "Sure why not." Bella says smiling then going down the stairs. "I'm getting snacks you wanna come?"
"Coming!" I yell shoving my feet in my shoes and grabbing my jacket. 
*T H E  N E X T  D A Y*
"Bella! Let's go! Your supposed to take me to the library." I yell to my sister who is asleep in my room. 
When I don't get a reply I walk in to find her still asleep. I sigh in defeat before smiling. I then decide to run and jump on top of her hopping I don't break her. 
"ROSE!" She yells when I land. Then I hear steps running up my stairs and see Dad looking around frantically. 
"Hey Dad!" I say smiling innocently. 
"Hello Snow, why are you making your sister scream?" Dad asks with a smirk on his face leaning against the door. 
"Ummm? Good question I only was trying to make her wake up." I say with a shrug while still laying on On Bella. "She's the one screaming." 
"I'm gonna kill you Rose." Bella says pushing me off. 
"Now now Bella we both know if it wasn't for me blessing everyone with my presence everyone's lives would be boring." I say smirking at my sister. 
She rolls her eyes before standing up and heading to her bedroom. "Good morning dad." She says walking past with a yawn. 
"Morning Bella." He says still looking at me. 
"Did I scare you dad?" I ask smiling at him. He rolls his eyes before leaving. "Rude!" 
I roll my eyes before getting my shoes and rain coat on. When I make it downstairs Bella is eating cereal at the table. 
I think about what I want and look for a breakfast bar instead. When I find a breakfast bar Bella is done eating and heading towards her car. I kiss dad on the cheek and then follow Bella. 
When we make it to the book store I automatically go to look if they have anything interesting in the teen love stories. By the time I'm done shopping I have about ten books bought and ready to go home and read. When an idea pops in my head. 
"Hey Bella?" I say breaking the silence. 
"Yes?" Bella says smiling when we pass the LaPush sign. 
"One where are we going? Two is there a beach anywhere close?" I say glaring at my kidnapper. 
"One we are going to a friends house he wanted to meet you and two yes there is a beach close why?" She asks.
"Just wondering. Who's this friend?" I say picking at my nails. 
"Jacob Black you remember him? Probably not though you were pretty uninvolved with him when we was younger." She says turning on a dirt road. 
"WAIT! Jacob Black?! Like the Jake?" I say remembering Jake. 
"Yeah. You remember him?" Bella asks. 
"Duh I remember him. How could I not. He was my best friend." I say smirking.
