"umm... hi....again" I said seriously confused as to what was currently going on.
"hey" Mystery boy said still standing in the same position as before
"wait, do you guys know eachother?" Max asked just as confused as we were
"You could say that, he showed up at our door before and then left." I said more as a question rather then a statement
"Yeah, sorry about that. I was looking for max then you opened the door and I honestly had no idea what to do I probably seemed really rude so sorry about that but yeah I'm bradley by the way." 'Bradley' said really fast
"I'm grace, and still confused could you pleas slow down a bit?" I asked which he replied with saying everything he just said but a lot slower so I could actually understand him this time.
"Oh, okay" I said with a delayed smile
Bradley smiled at the ground and scratched the back of his neck whilst max and I stood there awkwardly
"Well" I started "I'm gonna go to my room so shout if you need anything" I said walking up to my room mentally face palming myself for how awkward I am. Good one grace!
After 20 minutes or so I got sick of staying in my room alone and decided to join bradley and max downstairs
"How old is your sister?" Brad asked max as I was nearing the door. Me being the sneaky person I am, I decided to stand at the door and eavesdrop on their conversation
"18 why?..." Max replied slowly
"N-no reason." Brad said stuttering
"Keep in mind that she's a year younger then you I'm a year older then you could easily bash you and Grace is the closest thing to me so if you hurt her I will hurt you." Max said showing his over-protective side.
As soon as brad was about to reply I knocked over a vase that was sitting on the table and tumbled over my feet trying to stop it from crashing on the floor creating a loud bang to come from the doorway and me ending up lying on the floor technically hugging a flower vase. *again mental face palm*
"Umm" I awkwardly laughed and stood up from the floor straightening my top and tucking a price of lose hair behind my ear
"I was just...umm...standing...by the agh...door and um...happened to agh fall with th-the vase..." I said stammering almost every word I said.
"Hmm hmm not eavesdropping or anything?" Max said with a slight tone of sarcasm in his voice
"Phhhht noooo" I said screwing up my face
Gladly, both of the boys had a good sense of humour and just laughed along with me.
"Not that I was eavesdropping or anything, but why was I the topic of your conversation?" I asked with a slight chuckle
"Umm" brad said scratching the back of his neck. god his soo hot when he does that. wow did I really just think that? No, no I did not I don't even know him that well no no I didn't no. though he is hot... NO NO GRACE NO!
"Grace? Grace?" Max said waving his hand in my face
"Hmm?" I said looking up into Max's eyes
"You blanked out are you okay?" Brad asked looking me in the eye
"Yeah yeah I'm fine sorry what were you saying?" I replied fully snapping back into reality
"As I was saying," max continued
"no you umm no please no" brad interrupted but was shushed by max
"Brad was asking about you and I was telling him that I would bash him if anything happened" max said and I couldn't help but blush and look down
Why am I blushing I don't even know him I can't actually be falling for him.
