I rolled over and sighed, contemplating if I wanted to get up yet or go back to sleep. I lay looking up at the ceiling for a few minutes until I heard my Auntie's voice from downstairs. I kicked the quilt off and ran downstairs.

'Sophie!' I screamed as I ran down the corridor to her

'Here's my Jade. I was just asking where you was' she smiled

'She'd probably still be in bed if you weren't here' my mum joked

'Course I would' I laughed

I helped Sophie carry her things upstairs into the guest bedroom and she asked me about Ashton and when she would get to see him. I smiled at her interest and how she had a completely different approach to the situation than my mother had ever had.

She didn't ask me anything about college which I was glad about, I think she was the only one who understood that I didn't want to talk about it while I was at home.

'Don't look in there' she shouted, snatching a bag off me 'It's your presents' she laughed

I giggled and stepped away from the bag. Ashton and I had decided to wait until we saw each other after Christmas to give each other our presents. I was curious as to what he would have got me, because he always randomly got me things so I wondered what else there was left to get me.

When I had finished helping my auntie, I quickly got dressed and we all went downstairs and my mum decided to make us all some lunch. I gave her a look and she just laughed it off, she never made lunch when it was just the two of us. She'd just tell me to grab whatever and eat what I wanted. I don't know why she was trying so hard, it was only her sister.

As we sat an ate my phone signalled that I had a text, I half sat up to grab my phone out of my pocket and my mum gave me a stern look.

'Jade, don't be so rude' she said

'Excuse me?' I questioned

'Don't get your phone out at the dinner table please' she said and carried on eating.

Who was she trying to kid. She had never once objected to me getting my phone out at the table. I ignored her and continued to read my text.

'Jade' she shouted

'What?!' I screamed back

'What did I just say?'

'I don't know who you're trying to impress because I'm pretty sure Sophie knows you more than I do so stop trying to act all nice and posh because when have you ever been like this before?' I questioned and left a few seconds silence waiting for a response. She stayed silent  'Exactly'

'Jade stop this' she said quietly

'I first thought this stupid OCD was from dad, but thinking about it, it's probably you' I spat and pushed my chair out as I got up

'That's it' she screamed 'Go to your room'

'Already going' I roared

I stomped my way up the stairs and slammed my bedroom door and threw myself on my bed. Making as much noise as possible so she knew how angry I was.

Why was she trying to act posh in front of her sister. She always acted different in front of her and I had no idea why.

Soon there was a knock at my door

'Go away' I mumbled into my pillow

'It's me' my auntie said, popping her head around the door
