You walk into the living level of the Stark Tower. You can hear echoes. "No... No. No. No. No. No!' Tony shouts. You can hear it loud and clear. "My wife-to-be wants rainbow roses at the tables!"
You raise an eyebrow. You'd mentioned rainbow once, but you hadn't even expected him to actually listen to you.
You hear a clang and then; "I will pay you a hundred grand, if you will just. Get. These. Rainbow. Roses!... Yes! Every singe table!"
You walked down to where he is, shouting at some poor person on the other end. "Tony?" you ask as you swing around the door frame. "Who are you shouting at?"
Tony's eyes widened. "Baby. You're here!"
You smile, walking over to him and sitting on his lap, kissing him. "I am. Now who is that poor person on the other side of the phone?"
"The florist." He sighs, talking to the phone. "I'll call you back. Rainbow roses." He hangs up and kisses you, moving to your jawline, and back to your lips. "I missed you."
You giggle, kissing him back. "I missed you too. So what's all this about rainbow roses?"
"The florist says he's having troubles with getting rainbow roses. I don't understand why he's not just dying white roses."
You laugh at him. He's hilarious when he's worked up.
"What colours does he have?"
"Red for your bouquet, and as of now, I assure you, honey, that the tables will have rainbow roses."
You can't help it but you laugh. It makes him pout which makes you laugh even more. "Aww. Thank you, Tony," you say, capturing his lower lip in between yours and tugging on it softly. That makes him laugh.
"Sir, the florist is on the phone," Jarvis says.
You let go, giggling. "Ok. Put him on."
"H-hello, Mr. Stark?" the florist asked, his voice trembling. You kind of laugh. He's scared out of his wits.
"Hello," you say.
"Ah. Mrs. Stark."
"To be," you correct.
"Yes. To be. My many apologies."
"Anyways, what's up?"
"The flowers unfortunately cannot be rainbow as you have wished."
You sigh but before you can answer, Tony's throwing a hissy fit whist still keeping you on his lap.
"Why don't you, find white roses. And paint the damn roses!"
You sigh. "Tony..."
"Baby, let me deal with this one, ok?" He's obviously not going to get anywhere with this, so you let him try.
"S-sir, it's very unlikely to be able to find that many rainbow roses!"
"Then as I said, paint the white ones!"
"Sir! That's a ridiculous task!"
"Don't tell me what's ridiculous and what's not when I'm paying you one grand an hour to hurry up and find my wife some rainbow roses. Rainbow!" You're convinced his gone mad. He slams his fist on the table and the call ends. "Jarvis, I need another florist. Immediately."
