Sorry it has been forever. I am sorry that I can't update much and I can sadly only update on the computer when my family is away. Sadly my family is home a lot of the time. I hope you enjoy this chapter!
Lauren's Point of View
I got up at 6 am this morning and quietly got out of bed.
Brandon is still sleeping and he is clinging on to Mani's shirt.
Brandon's muscles are still really weak he can't walk and he can barely crawl. He has been so tired and clingy lately.
I smile to myself as I hop into the shower.
I got out 15 minutes later and got dressed.
I decided to give Simon a call.
"Hey, Simon." I said after he picked up the phone.
"Hey, Lauren how have you been?" Simon replied.
"I'm doing good. Hey Simon, Can you set us up for an announcement this morning please?" I asked.
"Yeah sure Lauren. Do you mind asking what this announcement is about?" Simon asked.
"Yeah sure Simon. It is about what happened and about Brandon." I replied
"Oh okay Lauren, and how does 10 am sound?" Simon replied.
"That's great thank you Simon." I replied.
"No problem Lauren." Simon replied as I hung up
The announcement meeting is set up and I am just praying that it goes well. I thought to myself.
"Mani you have to get up. We have to make the announcement at 10 am this morning" I said.
"Sure Lo, Im getting up, but I have to ask why that early?" Mani replied.
"To get it out of the way and so we can see how people respond." I replied.
"Oh okay makes sense." Mani replied.
"Can you hold him please?" Mani asked gesturing to Brandon.
"Sure Mani." I replied as I picked him up.
"Thanks Lauren." Mani replied as she went into the bathroom.
he whined as he was holding on to nothing then he readjusted and held onto me and snuggled into me.
I couldn't help but smile.
"Sweetie it's time to get up." I said as i rub his back.
"Nooooo." He whined.
"We have to make the announcement at 10 this morning sweetheart." I replied.
He woke up instantly "Why mama?" He replied worried.
"Because we need to tell them about you so we don't have to hide it." I replied with a smile.
"No mama I don't want to lose you and mommy* He replied as he started to cry
"Baby you won't lose us." I replied as I rubbed his back comforting him.
"Let's get you changed baby." I said as I laid him down and changed his diaper.
"There all better sweetie." I said as I threw the dirty one away and I washed my hands.
"Fank u mama." He replied while blushing as he sucked on his paci.
I smiled and picked him up
"How about we go get something to eat." I said
"How's that sound?" I asked and he just buried his face into me
I walked out into the living room.
"Girls it's time to get up!" I called out not noticing Ally was already up in the kitchen.
"Hey, Lauren." Ally said.
"Want some eggs?" She asked as she was cooking on the stove
"Yeah, Ally that would be great." I replied.
"Morning, Lauren." Dinah said as she walked down the stairs.
"Morning Dinah." I replied.
"Is Camila up?" I asked.
"Yeah, she is." Dinah replied.
"Thanks, Dinah" I replied.
"Breakfast is ready!" Ally said.
"Thanks, Ally" I relied as I sat down at the table.
I fed Brandon and myself and were all done with breakfast within 15 minutes.
"You guys ready to go?" I asked.
"Yep, we're all ready to go." Dinah replied.
"Great" I replied.
Mani grabbed the keys and we all hopped into the car and I buckled my baby into his car seat.
Brandon's Point of View
It took sometime to arrive at the studio in about 30 minutes.
We headed inside and we walked into the side room.
My mama handed me to my momma
"Samantha Please hold him and watch him while we start to explain everything that's happened." Mama said.
"After we explain the last several months we will call you in and you can bring him in." Mama said.
"Okay will do." Momma replied.
Then the girls left the room and I snuggled into my momma.
I just hope everything goes well I think to myself as I suck on my paci as I fall asleep
Sometime later I hear a loud noise.
"Here he is." I heard my mama say.
I opened my eyes, and there was an audience.
I heard some of the aww and I blushed.
"He was a foot taller a while ago." Dinah said.
I went into mommy's arms and I buried my face into her.
"Mani and I adopted him a while ago. He is our little" My mama said.
"So are you and Normani a couple?" Some guy asked.
"Yes, we are." My mama said.
After that a huge amount of excited screams, I heard from the crowd.
"I'm his mama." My mama said.
"and I'm his mommy." Mommy said
I heard some more aww's and I buried my face into mommy and blushed even more.
"We also named him after us. His name is Brandon Hamilton Jauregui." My mommy said.
I blushed and I buried my face into her.
"I wanted to thank you all for your love and support and we hope to see you all again." My mama said.
Then we walked off the stage and got in the car.
"That went well." My mama said.
"Yeah it did." mommy replied.
Then my mama gave my mommy a kiss and I smiled.
Mama buckled me up and we drove on home.
