Tavi tapped on his watch to play an audio drop from Aaron Keener.

"Agent Tavi, I don't think it will take you long to find this recording but I'll just make it easier for you since time is really running out now.

You know it. I know it. The people we work for, or who I used to work for, they are getting ready to stab us all on the back. Yeah, I may be a bad man for killing division agents but I gave them a choice. Unfortunately, they were too brainwashed and still believe that the government understands what is right for the world.

So they saw me as the criminal.

Anyways, I know what you're after. And I know that a man of your capabilities will get it easily. The only thing I don't know is what side you are on.

I'll be watching you close, Tavi. Don't fuck up."

The room was silent. Aaron Keener is the most wanted man in America:

One - for having control of the dollar flu machine.

Two - for treason and killing countless numbers of division agents.

Now being in the same room with Tavi means Keener can strike at any moment if Keener sees Tavi as an enemy.

"Keener is back?" Jay-Jay asked.

"I can't be certain," Tavi said. "Keener likes to play mind games."

"We just have to stay frosty." Ruse walked over to the bar table and begin pouring an alcoholic drink for himself. He drank it all in one gulp.

Jager tried to understand the message from Keener, but there were so many missing details. So he asked, "Wait. What does he mean by people you work for? And what are you after?"

"OMG. No way!" Robbie put his hands on his head. It all starts to make sense to him. "Ruse was right, but I couldn't believe it. I mean, is that why Keener is the most wanted man? Not because he has killed soldiers, but because he has the means to destroy whoever executes the New World Order with the dollar flu machine?" He points to Tavi, "And that's why you are after Jager. Because he is inventing some sort of super defense system and if it gets in the wrong hands, there will be no way for the oppressed to fight." Robbie stares at the floor pale and lightheaded. "Shit. I need a drink."

"I got you, man." Ruse poured one out for him. Robbie grabbed the drink and chugged. "I'm sorry I put a gun to your head."

"It's all good."

Jager analyses Robbie's theory, but he won't believe it. "No. I don't think so. Rainbow, we fight terrorists. That's our only job. I don't believe Six is attempting to control the world.

Tavi? You're the expert here. Tell us what is going on."

"Listen to Robbie." He said.

"He knows my name." Robbie is shocked. He smiles and turns to Ruse, "I feel famous."

"Damn." Jager feels used but doesn't know who was pulling his strings. "I feel like a pawn."

NEW YORK - LOWER EAST SIDE

Knock. Knock. Knock.

Bandit thumps on the door of an "abandoned" Hells Angels bar club.

"What is it with New Yorkers and bars?" Glaz says.

Bandit shrugs, "Beats me."

The door opens. It's an older man with a face starting to wrinkle; white ponytail hair and grayish beard. "You have some nerve coming around here, Bandit."

"I won't stay long. Remember that favor you owe me? I'm going to need it now."

The older man sighs. He examines Glaz, "Who's him?"

"Partner in crime."

"So you found a new friend?"

"I brought vodka." Glaz pulls out the vodka to confirm himself.

"Ok. Come in." The man grabs the vodka, "Call me Axel."

After catching up a bit with Bandit, Axel was ready to talk about the favor.

"What is this favor you need? Weapons? A hitman?" He laughs, "I take that back. You don't need a hitman. You are the hitman."

Glaz pulls out his phone and shows Axel a picture of Ruse.

"Huh. A division agent."

"He kidnapped a friend." Glaz said.

"A rogue division agent." Axel nodded. "You need help locating him."

"Da."

"Okay. I'll tell my unit to keep an eye out for this man."

"Alright, lets go." Bandit got up, "You know what number to text if you get anything."

Glaz and Bandit stepped out into the cold again. This time taking a closer look at the destruction of the dollar flu. Empty streets, dirty snow, the sound of gunshots replacing the beat of garage drummers.

"This place is a mess." Glaz says.

"Yup." Bandit and Glaz still stare around beat-up New York. "Wanna play hero for a bit?"

"Why not?"

Bandit and Glaz follow the sound of the gun shots. For them, this is just community service. But on the other side of the street awaits a crew of Rikers, escaped convicts from Riker Island Prison. And Bandit is responsible for the imprisonment of one of them.
