"What do you want to do?" He asked me.

"I don't know. I want to work, obviously, I just think she needs me, and she needs my attention and if I work from home she has to be stuck at home and still getting no attention from me because I am working. So, the situation is weird." I explained.

"You know you don't have to work..." He shot.

"What are you implying?" I asked.

"That you don't need to work, and you can take care of our daughter the way you want."

"I still don't get it." I curled an eyebrow.

James took a deep breath. "Before you were alone with her, so you had to work to support yourself, now you're not alone anymore and you don't need to work for money." I got up immediately.

"NO!" I yelled.

"Hey...it was just an idea." James raised his hands in peace.

"Bad idea! I love to work! No..." I said shaking my head.

"But that way you can take care of her!" He exclaimed.

"No. I'll work from home and we find a way to distract her." I said determined. "Never bring that subject up again." I pointed him my finger, I was bit mad at him for his suggestion, but he wasn't in the mood for a fight, so he grabbed my hand and pulled me to his lap and smiled.

"You know, you look so cute when you're pissed off." he said kissing my lips making me smile with his relaxed way. He pushed me onto to bed and laid on top of me kissing me again.

"Hey..." I tapped his back. "Your daughter is downstairs, get of me." I laughed. He pecked me one more time and got up, giving me his hand to help me stand.

"Look, maybe I can take her to the studio with me sometimes, so she's not stuck at home." He suggested.

"Well, now that sounds like a plan." I agreed.

"Sarah...dinner. Hurry up sweetie if you wanna go." I told her when we reached downstairs. She turned the TV off and came running. She sat by James's side and smiled at him before looking down at her plate.

"You must not forget to make a wish when you see a shooting star." James told her remembering my remark.

"I know all that. I know already for what I am going to wish." She said.

"And what is that?" James was curious.

"I'll wish for my dad." She said. James gulped and our eyes met.

"You want to meet your dad?" I asked her.

"Wishes must be secrets mom." She said and with that she shut me up.

James POV

After dinner Sarah jumped off her chair saying it was time to go.

"Let's go James." She said almost yelling. Andrea got up and I did too, and we walked to the door.

"You better grab a jacket. It might be cold where I am going to take you." I told her grabbing her neck from behind lightly to prevent her from opening the door. Sarah just turned around running to her room.

"She's so excited." Andrea told me. "Where are you going to take her?"

"To the mountain in San Rafael. We should get an open view from up there." I said.

"You could also try to check with her if she's ok with us moving there. One other thing, today she asked me how we met, so if she asks you, tell her the truth. I said we met in Downey."
