All of the crew were at Kairi's house for New Years, just vibing in his room. They decided to just spend the New Years together instead of going to a party even though Mattia complained a fuck load about not being able to kiss anyone at 12 he still stayed at the elders house.
                          
"Guys there's only five more minutes until 2020!" Robert exclaimed in excitement but was only met with nods.
                          
"Honestly I don't give a shit about the New year, it's just going to be trash anyways." Alvaro commented causing Mattia to roll his eyes.
                          
"You're just saying that because of the shit you got for being a dumbass this year."
                          
"Fuck off Mattia! Some of it wouldn't have been a problem if you just kept your fucking mouth closed." Alvaro retorted in annoyance.
                          
Alejandro instantly put his hand on the smaller boys shoulder, massaging gently. "Chill chill. We don't need anymore negative energy. We're going into the New Year with good vibes only."
                          
Alvaro only rolled his eyes before huffing, pulling away from Alejandro's touch, making the latter pout slightly. Alvaro noticed and side hugged the boy briefly before pulling away again, a very faint blush on his cheeks.
                          
"Awww Alevera" Mattia cooed, teasingly resulting in a glare from the pair. (A/N @kelsey_on_the_tele 😘)
                          
"Awww Kattia~" Alejandro retorted and the Italian boy only smirked before trying to kiss Kairi.
                          
But the boy only moved away from him with a giggle. "Dude back off."
                          
"Yeah save it for New Years, Mattia." Robert added.
                          
"I'll save your mom for New Years, bitch."
                          
Robert fake sobbed. "Fuck you too."
                          
Kairi laid his head on Mattia's shoulder to look at his phone. "Three more minutes guys. This is lowkey boring, we should've gone to a party."
                          
Mattia groaned aloud. "Are you fucking serious?! That's what I've been saying all night." He exclaimed in annoyance making everybody but Alejandro and Roshaun's eyes widen.
                          
"Goddamn bro, calm the fuck down. You want a kiss that bad?" Kairi asked in amusement.
                          
The taller boy only stared at his friend for a moment before biting his lip and looking away and getting up, exiting the bedroom. Kairi turned his head to watch him leave in confusion. Mattia had been acting weird all about this New Years thing all fucking day and Kairi didn't understand what his problem was.
                          
Especially since he's mostly been complaining to Kairi about it when the elder boy couldn't get give a single fuck about who he wanted to kiss. Nor did he care. But even then, Mattia was his best friend so the wasian boy got up and followed Mattia to see what was up.
                          
"Almost two more minutes so hurry your asses up!" Alejandro yelled out right before Kairi closed the bedroom door.
                          
When the boy went out to the hallway to see Mattia at the end of it, pacing back and forth with a conflicted expression on his face. Kairi hesitantly went up to him before placing his hand on the taller boys shoulder. 
                          
"Hey, you alright?"
                          
Mattia flinched before noticing it was Kairi and sighing, relaxing his body. "Yeah I'm good...just thinking." Mattia ruffled his friends hair with a small smile.
                          
"Well are you done? Cause it's going to be midnight in like two minutes." The smaller boy replied softly, turning to head back to the room.
                          
Mattia quickly grabbed onto the latter's arm in a frantic state, pulling the boy back towards him. "Kai wait-"
