Saturday morning came and Beomgyu whined as the sunlight hit his eyes. Usually he woke up first but he noticed that Taehyun was no longer in the bed with him.
He sat up slowly, trying to not stress his ribs and sniffed the air. Smelling the pancakes that his lovely boyfriend had taken the time to make.
He reached his arm over the side of the bed and grabbed his crutches before going to the bathroom to freshen up quickly.
He entered the kitchen rather slowly and saw Taehyun with his back turned. "Hyunniieee~"
Taehyun jumped and whipped his head around to see Beomgyu. "Fuck you scared me-"
"Don't swear.." Beomgyu teased.
"Frick." He smiled lovingly at Beomgyu while the blonde haired male nodded at him. "Now stop standing and go sit." 
"Fiiine~" Beomgyu moved with his crutches to the table and waited for Taehyun to sit across from him.
Taehyun placed two plates of pancakes with sides of eggs on the table. He turned around grabbing a carton of orange juice as well as cups.
Beomgyu watched Taehyun fuss over everything with his chin rested on his hand and a soft smile on his face.
"Come and eat, you weirdo."
"Okay! Okay!"
He sat down across from Beomgyu and the two finally dug in, sharing mindless chatter and talking about how they wanted to study for each of their finals.
"How about we study at the library or cafe?" Beomgyu suggested, eyes sparkling as he practically begged his boyfriend. He knew Taehyun would want to study in the house so Beomgyu wouldn't have to move around much, but Beomgyu really wanted to go out.
"..Gyu..."
"Please?? We can get an Uber~" Beomgyu sang.
Taehyun finished his pancakes and contemplated while looking at the male. He pretended to scratch his chin.
"Ugh.. fine.."
This brat is so fucking cute.
"Yaaaay~ ! I love you~!"
"I know." He smirked.
"Yah! Say it back!" Being crossed his arms pouting.
Taehyun gestured for Beomgyu to lean in close, "I love you to the moon and back. I don't think I could ever stop loving you." He pulled away and watched as Beomgyu turned red.
"T-that's not what I t-told you t-to say!"
"I wanted to say it though. Because you deserve to know it." He smiled at the blushing Beomgyu and stood up, grabbing both of their plates and placing them in the sink for later.
"You're literally too perfect for me Taehyun.." Beomgyu mumbled.
I wonder when you'll realize you're too good for me.
Now Beomgyu was feeling upset. It's not like he wanted to think negatively, it just happened sometimes. Even with Taehyun helping him to get past it.
"Can we go now?" Taehyun was now standing behind Beomgyu. He kissed the top of Beomgyu's head and pulled away from the boy reluctantly.
"Wha-? Yes." Taehyun helped him up and they went to grab their things as well as change into outside clothes.
"The app says the car is here so let's get going bub."
"Mhm."
Taehyun carried both of their backpacks and got in the car, arriving quickly at the cafe. 
Taehyun made sure that Beomgyu was comfortable in his seat before sitting across from him. Luckily for the two boys, the table had enough space for textbooks and laptops.
"All good?"
"Uh huh."
Taehyun frowned, why was he acting like this suddenly. He decided to let it be for a bit and try doing the review packets, which came easily, but it was hard for him to put all of his focus into his work when his bub was clearly bothered.
A couple hours in Taehyun found himself completely frustrated. He put down his pencil and closed the book, starting at Beomgyu.
"Okay. What is it?"
"What is what..?"
"Can you please tell me what's bothering you..?"
"It's just-" Beomgyu stopped when he saw a familiar figure approach the two of them.
His dad.
"Choi Beomgyu."
