Remember the Grian headhunt? In this AU, Grian actually beheaded himself that many time to get all those heads. Killing himself so many times in a row was terrible for his mental health, which eventually lead to Demise.
In this AU, Grian created Demise because he wanted to see other people suffer. Watch them fear for their lands and suffer at the hands of their friends.
in conclusion, Grian became a major sadist
