I was almost mesmerized by his smile and at the same time mentally regretting that I went there. What would he think? Probably that I was just another easy conquest and I was far from being that.
"What does a fancy girl like you have for a drink?" He asked me.
"I think the fancy girl likes to have beer." I joked. He raised an eyebrow surprised and ordered two beers at the counter.
"I thought girls like you would have something more elaborated." He said later handing me a bottle of beer.
"Girls like me?" I questioned. His eyes raided my body from feet to face.
"Yeah...well dressed, pretty..." He began. "Probably spoiled..." He continued.
"I was spoiled indeed." I laughed, remembering my parents always gave me everything I wanted.
"See...I am not making a wrong judgment here." He laughed. I raised my bottle at the level of his eyes.
"You judged me wrong." I defied him.
"Wanna sit?" He offered pulling me a chair. I was relaxing and I sat while he sat in front of me. "So, what do you for a living?"
"I'm a lawyer." James looked at me strongly, his eyes searching for something in mine that I didn't know what it was. I couldn't stare long at his blue eyes; I was never capable of doing it and certainly I wasn't still capable now. I strayed my gaze and found a pool table.
"Hey...wanna play?" I suggested. James looked back and laughed.
"Are you sure?" He asked me with a victorious smile on his face already. I hated that part of him.
"Of course!" I said. "Snooker?"
"Hell, alright. The one who loses pays the next round." He said getting up.
"You better have some money on your pockets then." I told him. He hooted with laughter again.
"Damn me if I am going to have my ass kicked by a lawyer." It was my turn to hoot with laughter. He had always been a teaser and still was one.
"Well then, we'll see." I said kicking the game off looking straight into his eyes.
"Woooow baby!" He shouted and whistled making me laugh again. The game began.
James POV
I couldn't believe she was there. I could not believe she went there, and I couldn't believe how every time I looked at her I find her more and more beautiful. God...I was always so crazy about her and here I am now drooling all over the floor every time she bends over the table to play right in front of my eyes. That rear!! That dress!! Oh Mama!!
"It's your turn James." She said. Call me Jamie, Andy...You used to call me Jamie, I miss that.
"Be ready..." I shot her my cutest smile or at least I tried. I wanted to impress her but that was when I saw her yesterday right? What was I trying to do now? I am not asking her anything. I am not trying to know about her life, I am just here having a laugh and having a wonderful time. Maybe I should enjoy this but never forgetting I could not give away I knew her. I pointed at my target and missed the damn ball. Nicely done fucking Hetfield! I heard her laughter behind me, and I couldn't help but laugh myself. She was just too cute. Her laughter sounded the same, this was just too intoxicating.
"I am going to finish the game. You go get another beer." She winked. Oh damn she winked...I turned my back on her and I picked up two more beers for us.
"Here." I handed her the second bottle. She took it to her mouth and her lips locked on it for a sip. My jeans grew a bit tighter...I could not help it.
