26:Bad things.

                                    

                                          
I sat with Freddy.
"Blair?"He says.
"Freddy."I reply.
"Do you smell the white stuff like mummy does?"He asks and I look at him. 
"What do you mean?"I ask.
"When her friends come over when I'm sleeping they smell white powder."He replies.
"Oh no I don't"I say furious that Annie would do that.
1 hour later.
"CLAYTON!"I say slamming the door behind me.
"Yes."He says.
"Did you know your mother is sniffing cocaine around Freddy?He's seen her do it,he asked if I did it."I say and his jaw dropped.
"She told me she stopped."He says his eyes cold now.
"Apparently not."I reply.
He opens the door.
"You told me you stopped!"He shouts at her and Freddy shat himself nearly.
I grabbed Freddy and sat down.
"Excuse me?"His mum says.
"You and cocaine?And doing it around freddy!"Clayton says.
Lydia comes out of Aleidas room.
"Again really?"Lydia says.
"I'm sorry,I can't help myself."Annie says.
"I'm taking freddy again,Until you sort it out he's staying with us."Clayton says.
Again?I thought to myself.
I sat with Lydia and Freddy in my room while Clayton discussed freddy with his mum.
"What did he mean take freddy again?"I ask Lydia. 
"Freddy used to live with Clayton and his dad because of the drugs."Lydia says.
"Am I staying here Blair?"Freddy asks.
"I think so bud."I say and he celebrates and hugs me.
Annie decided to be difficult and deny Clayton's offer to take custody so Clayton said he's taking her too court.
The next day.
Clayton's PoV.
"Has she gone to work?"Cameron says.
"Yeah about an hour ago."I reply.
"Cool I'm gonna go shower."Cameron says.
"Wait,Can you shed some light on something for me about Blair?"I ask.
"What about her."She says sitting down.
I sit on the couch.
"About her PTSD,She won't talk to me about any of it,Like what happened."I say.
"Honestly don't even try unless you want her to resent you."Aleida says sitting down.
"Why?"I ask.
"Blair's trauma is like really bad,The woman has complex PTSD."Aleida says.
"She's been having nightmares and I don't know what to do?"I say.
"Okay,Obviously we can't tell you what happened it's up to her but we can tell you all the symptoms and stuff you're gonna run into."Cameron says.
"Okay."I say and get comfortable.
"Right,it started when she was 15,over her weight and there's another thing which if you don't know about we can't tell you,She's on antidepressants which she most likely hasn't told you because she's ashamed."Cameron says.
"She can have suicidal outbursts,she panics and goes into a sweat and shakes making her sick,she will try emotional numbing basically cutting herself off like isolation."Aleida continues.
"She has hyperarousal which means she's always on edge and will accuse you of random shit because she's insecure,depression,Anxiety and has phobias which we can't go into."Cameron says.
"She gets headaches,dizziness,chest pains and stomach pains and she has hippocampus which means her brain shows up differently on an x ray but don't worry,Oh and has difficulty which relationships and people caring about her."Aleida says.
"Nightmares,Flashbacks,Isolation,Irritability which I'm sure you've run into,Guilt,insomnia and can't concentrate,Oh and high adrenaline which gives her a high sex drive meaning she's due nightmares or something which is happening."Cameron continues and it makes more sense to me.
"So basically you just need to be chill with her and when she's visibly stressed calm her down and you need to regularly ask how she feels and to be honest."Aleida says and I nod.
"So what if she wakes up from a nightmare or has a flashback enough to make her faint or something."I say,"If she wakes up,Calm her down and assure her that she's safe and hug her,If she faints or freaks out you need to try calm her or call one of us."Aleida replies.
"Oh OK."I say. 
"Im gonna go shower now."Cameron says.
"You need to just ask her things maybe she'll open up."Aleida says.
"I don't wanna tread to far though,Itd just be easier for me to know so I know what to do."I reply. 
"I know but if she does tell you she'll cry and go to her lowest,Trust me I watched it happen when the whole incident occurred,It was scary from my view and it didn't happen to me."Aleida replies and gets up.
How bad is it?
5 hours later,I decided to run her a bath and just basically pamper her as I was going to try and ask her tonight.
She walked in.
"I feel like I've been rolling in dirt."she says and I laugh at the oil and just smoke on her face.
"Beautiful."I chuckle.
"I need to bathe."She says and walks in the bedroom and I follow.
"I already have it covered?"I say and open the bathroom door I had lit candles and everything.
"Oh my God."She says.
"You seemed quite stressed the past few days."I reply.
"I love you so much."She smiles and hugs me.
She gets in and I sit beside her on a chair.
"Something on your mind?"She asks and choose now to mention it.
"So I've noticed you've been waking up in the night,With nightmares."I say and she goes quiet.
"I know you went through something?It's okay if you don't wanna tell me,I just wanna know how to help you."I say.
"No,Um it's fine,Ill explain it's just gonna take time if you're willing to listen."She says.
"Anything I just wanna make you feel better"I reply.
"When I was 15..."She says.
