Dovahkiin POV

We had fought our way through the camp and passed all of the traps laid out before the temple. When we had arrived in the main room, we saw it with our own eyes.

Esbern: This is amazing! It's all here perfectly preserved.

The others began to admire the wall, but I took Delphine aside to speak with her about some serious matters.

Dovahkiin: Delphine, we need to talk?

Delphine: What is it about? (Is he gonna confess to me?)

Dovahkiin: Everything that's happened so far. You tell me the Blades served and guided the Dragonborn, but all I've been doing is whatever task you tell me to do. All we seem to care about is killing dragons rather than protection people.

Delphine: Who have you been talking to? Was it them or was it the Greybeards? Answer me!

Dovahkiin: First off, I don't have to tell you anything. Second, how do you know about them?

Delphine: I'll be honest, you would just be stuck on that mountain meditating all day if you stuck with them. They do nothing as a war goes on and they're afraid of power. They're afraid of you. We must do everything we can to put every last dragon back into the ground.

Doesn't that mean they have the right to live just like us?

Delphine: Where are you getting such ideas from? They are just like any other beast.

Dovahkiin: Then does that make me a beast? The only thing that separates me from them is my body. Everything else between me and dragons are the same.

Delphine: You're nothing like them at all. Why do you even care about how many dragons we kill? Do you side with them? Why would you side with those beast? Why would you just betray your own kind li-

Dovahkiin: CAN YOU LET ME SPEAK DAMMIT?!

The earth began to shake as my voice made the temple shook. All eyes are on us now.

Aela: Is everything okay?

Dovahkiin: Yeah

Everyone went back to minding their own, but I felt like some were still listening.

Dovahkiin: One thing I learned from the Companions is that their is no need for unwanted bloodshed. Answer this question for me Delphine. If I was told to kill a nest of dragons where a mother, father, and newborn baby dragon were living at and I came along and killed them, then who's the villain? It would be me.
