"Thyra and I have broken up." I said as the room goes silent.
"Why? I thought you guys were on a break to figure things out." Pa said.
"Charles, you know that a break doesn't take more than a year. We should have seen this break up coming." Camilla said.
"Yeah, well we are not a couple anymore." I said.
"But she's going to be around all the time now since she's Meghan's maid of honor, how will things be between you both?" Eugenie asked.
"Let me tell you this, I have called Thyra multiple times, but she didn't pick up. I left several voicemails, but she didn't call me back. I think shows how things will be." I answered.
"I'm sorry, Johann, I always thought highly of Thyra, she would have been the perfect wife for you." Grandpa said.
