10,000 words for 10,000 readers! Thank you guys so much for your fantastic support and love for this story! I'm going to skip over all the sappy stuff, you have heard it all before!

THERE ARE A LOT OF SPELLING MISTAKES, THAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU WRITE 10,000 WORDS WITH NO EDITOR!

Questions for Author-

"What gave you the inspiration for AAD?"

No surprise, but Assassins creed, Historical places and cultures, and Throne of Glass. I felt like Sophie was being a little bit of a Mary Sue character in KOTLC, there could be so much more fleshed out on her background and character arcs. I also was quite annoyed with the very little races (I added the Lith, Vatarians, Dunmer myself) and diversity in KOTLC, so I wanted to mix it up!

I felt like there were too many unanswered questions about Sophie and her powers, and I wanted to create my own answers to those questions. I then started having these ideas of meshing together one of my fav book series and my fav game series, and my favorite character in Assassins Creed is Ezio, who made me think "What if he was in a fatherly role?" And then I noticed that his character also had brown eyes. So yes, to no one's surprise, Allesandro is based on Ezio Firenze. But I also didn't want to make a boring Assassin's Creed x KOTLC story, I wanted to add my own spice to it. That is when I created the six Vatarian cities and the Vatarians, and then everything just stemmed from there!

"Why did you tease Sophitz, but then make a new Soruy ship?"

At first, Sophitz was going to be cannon in my story because I wanted readers, I am a Sophitz shipper, and I was worried if I did something else people wouldn't like my book. But I was just so tired of the constant arguing between the two main ships, and I felt like there could be something totally new and untouched by past shipping wars. I wanted a character that could also be developed with Sophie, help himself and Sophie go through the troubles and strifes together and grow with one another, and I felt like that was hard to make with either Keefe or Fitz.

After reading Reversed by missmoonlarkk and seeing how they wrote Ruy as a somewhat kinda ally of Sophie, that got me thinking. After that, I created his character around someone who would make Sophie comfortable and feel happy with, but also have trouble with. No relationship is going to be perfect, that is realistic, so I wanted a more real relationship here. I hinted at Soruy when he was first introduced, stating that Sophie finds him handsome and how he isn't loyal to their Neverseen, just to see how you guys would react to it! People really liked the possible Soruy concept, which made me happy, because I had more control with the romantic subplot that I didn't have if I went with Sokeefe or Sophitz.

"What gave you the inspiration for the Vatarian cities?"

I am a HUGE history nerd. I love learning about past cultures, religions, architecture, and more! I always loved the extravagance of Renaissance Italy and Egypt, I loved the religion and culture from Ancient Greece and Native American tribes, I love the complex war strategies from powerhouses like France and Britan and how they played out different wars. Whenever I have the ability to reference those different times in our past, I do so. When creating the cities, I wanted some very different cultures represented in there, and I decided to base them around different continents/countries. For Inalia, it was originally going to just be Greek and Roman based, but I wanted to include some Renaissance Italy in there to show the dramatic and extravagant sides of Inalia.

"What is your writing schedule like?"

I am actually a very fast writer, so I can easily write the average chapter of 1500 to 2000 words in about 30 minutes. The thing that takes me the longest is editing and rewriting because I have to constantly reread over everything to make sure the editing makes sense and go through 1500 to 2000 words carefully. I already have everything laid out on what I want to do in that chapter so I don't have to think too many things through and I just write.
