The next morning, I woke up in my bed having someone's arms around my body. I turned and saw it was Shoto sleeping next to me, and I smiled looking at his peaceful face. After yesterday he needs to rest, luckily the practical exam was on a Friday and now we get a weekend to rest our weary bones. I try to sit up but I wasn't able to and I checked my belly and saw it was the size of Aunt Kasumi and I was surprised that it grew that much within a short amount of time meaning I would have a baby within a shorter amount of time it normally would take. "Hey babe wake up..." I gently shake Shoto and he groans at me but he wakes up, he looks at me and he was tired and it was written all over his face, carefully he sits up and looks at me.
"Why are you waking me up on a saturday and shouldn't you be sleeping, you're the one who's having a baby." He remarks and I sigh knowing he was right but I wasn't tired, I grab his hand and place it on my growing belly and he smiles. "Wait a minute, aren't you just a couple weeks pregnant. How come your belly is bigger, in fact the same size as your aunts?" He asks and I sigh knowing this is going to get the poor male confused. "Well due to my quirk and it's animal qualities, it actually affects my menstrual cycle or as you know as my period. Apparently it also affects me when I become pregnant, in fact it's actually growing the child at a faster rate than a normal human would take. So it means that instead of a full nine month pregnancy I'll have it for about four or five months as long as I don't use my quirk or it'll accelerate it making time go faster." I explain and surprisingly he understood, he hugs me and carefully places his head on my belly and tries to hear something.
"Hi, it's me, your Dad. I wonder what is like for you inside of your Mama, I can tell your going to be adorable just by looking at your Mama. I can't wait to meet you, tell you stories about my life and your Mama can't wait either. I love ya already and I can't wait to hear it come out of your mouth." He tells my belly and I felt my heart swell, I didn't have to worry about him not wanting to be around he was going to stay. Tears began to fall and I sniffle and he turns and wipes the tears coming down my face, he chuckles and we get ready and I put on a simple white dress with black flats and place my hair in a braid and I go into the kitchen and saw Sebastian and Ciel sitting awkwardly, both weren't looking at us and I was nervous on why.
"What's wrong?" I ask and they both looked at me and Ciel hands me a paper revealing a notice from none other than the Wilmington Corporation stating that they want to discuss buying Akabane Industries and I crumble the paper and slam my hand on the table. "Why.... first they leave now they want the company back..... Un-fucking-believe able." I mumble and Shoto places a hand gently on my shoulder and I calm down, being angry isn't good for the baby at all and if it gets harmed I'll be mad at myself.
"So what do we do?" Ciel asks and I look at them both and I smirk. "Send them an invite to come to Japan and we can discuss the details, besides I think we need to have a little chat with them and learn why they left without a warning." I say and they both nod and leave us to our own demise, we look at each other and boy was it awkward for some reason.
"How long did you know about the plan about my father?" He asked randomly and I felt sweat form on my neck and I fiddle with my rings, a habit I grew into doing as of late. "After you first move in, I got a letter about the subject and I was shocked that they were planning. I wanted to tell you but they told me not to tell you until the right time sorry." I say and he looked furious, and I was scared. "You knew about this for nearly two months and never said a thing! Why, why hide the fact that someone was planning to take down my father?!" He yells and I wasn't thinking when I shouted this. "BECAUSE I CAN'T TELL YOU" I shout and his eyes go wide, he walks away and I hear the door to the penthouse open and shut loudly, I knew he left and it was my fault. I headed back to my room and close the door behind me, I know I screwed up but I couldn't tell him the real reason, and the real reason was his father was on the side running a human trafficking ring, he has kidnapped girls with outstanding quirks and depending on what quirk the girl has he either sells her or keeps her in a warehouse still unknown and rapes them.
Shoto has two siblings that he doesn't know about from the ring, two daughters, one is a year younger than Shoto another a few months old and we only know about the two from someone who's inside the ring. He might have more siblings but until we get access to the ring and it's files we don't have any information, I head to my bathroom and run a bath and I look in the floor length mirror in my bathroom and saw that besides my belly getting bigger, the scars on my body were starting to disappear and I stop looking at myself and get into the warm bath and relax.
(Shoto P.O.V)
I was at the park trying to calm my anger, but when you find out that the person you're living with has been hiding information about your family you would be angry as well. I sat down on a bench, listening to the birds chirp about, watching kids play and it makes me wonder what kind of father I would be. Think about it, I didn't have the most stable childhood emotionally and mentally wise, and finding out that your father is doing something illegal is disturbing. But what is my father doing that's illegal? I look at my phone and head to Fuyumi's apartment for answers that Megumi didn't give me, I know she's trying to protect me but I don't need to be protected.
After a two hour train ride I arrive in front of her apartment and I knock on the door and when it opens I was shocked to see none other than Mom. "Mom why are you here, shouldn't you be in the hospital still?" I ask and she nods and lets me in and I take my shoe's off and see Fuyumi trying to assemble a bed frame and Natsuo is also trying to help but failing miserably. "Shoto what can I help you with?" Fuyumi asks and I ask Mom to leave the room so nothing bad happens to her.
"What is Father doing that's illegal, I asked Megumi earlier and she didn't tell me so I'll ask you." I say and they both look at each other and sigh and I wait for one of them to talk. "What Dad is doing is that he's running a human trafficking ring and he's kidnapping girls with amazing quirls, we were able to rescue some but he keeps for his own lustful reasons. Turned out that the girls he keeps, he impregnates them for creating more powerful children. So far we found out about two but we suspect that there might be more but that's what Megumi didn't want to tell you plus it wasn't her place to say anything." Natsuo says and I'm shocked that he was doing that. But nothing really surprises me, he only created children for his selfish desires and this is too far even for him.
I sit on the floor and think about what I just heard and I noticed it was getting late and I get up and thank them for the conversation and hugged Mom goodbye as she came back into the main room, put on my shoes and head back to Megumi's home and then I can apologize to her for yelling.
(Your P.O.V)
It was getting late and Shoto wasn't back yet, I knew my guard had to be up as we don't know who the next target is. Sebastian was making dinner and Ciel was working on something when the door opened and Shoto came home, he had a look on his face and I knew he found out what his father was doing. I stayed on the couch bundled up watching a Charlie Brown Christmas, I know it's summer but I wanted to watch it. He comes over and sits right next to me but leaving some space between us and all I wanted was just cuddle next to him and fall asleep and yet here we are.
"I'm sorry for yelling and leaving earlier, I shouldn't have done that. I did find out what he's doing so, I'm sorry." He says and I nod, I scoot over and fall asleep not bothering to have dinner knowing I'll eat later.
Few hours later

Looking at the monitor, I can see that the target is resting comfortably. I chuckle as I watch Megumi Akabane the C.E.O of Akabane Industries not have her guard up, my boss doesn't want me to take her just yet we only have one chance to take her and we have to use it wisely. "How's the target doing?" Asked my coworker and I point at the screen and show them what was happening. "She's doing great, so is the baby. Boss will enjoy this, she's going to be worth a lot of money as well as the kid." I say and he chuckles, he hands me a curry bun for dinner and I gratefully take. "Yeah the boss can use her quirk and the offspring will be powerful too." He says and I nod and I turn and keep looking at the screen.
Authors opinion: Hello everyone I know we had a chapter yesterday but this one is a bit on the shorter side and I wanted to get this out of the way. We find out what the fuck Endeavor was doing and why we need to stop him, but we also got introduced to two people who we'll meet later on around the training camp arc which hey that's coming up. After the training camp it won't follow the anime and or manga, personally I'm way behind on the manga and I don't have access to it so when the anime get there I won't cover it here. Anyway I'll leave y'all alone and until the next time bye
