"Why the hell not? What are you waiting for?"
"I'm scared"she confesses looking over at me.
"Audrey you have nothing to be scared of, you have been a Juilliard dancer since you started alright"
"This is my future May, my future is in the hands of one small fricking email" she rubs her forehead. I hold out my hand. "What?" She asks.
"Let me read it"
"May" she sighs.
"I want to show you that you got in okay" she stares at me before reluctantly handing me her phone, I place my smoothie down and burrito back in the bag. I log into her phone and go into her email.
I knew she got into Juilliard, but for some reason I was still scared because I knew how much this one simple email means to her.
I slowly click on the email and as I read it a smile slowly crosses my face, I turn the phone over to my sister "you got in"I tell her, my smile couldn't be any bigger.
"What?" She breathes out.
"Audrey you got in!" I squeal "your going to Juilliard!" I tell her, she looks at the phone and before she could react I pull her into a hug.
"Oh my god, I got in"She sighs as we pull away.
"I'm so proud of you Aud"I tell her.
"Thanks"she tells me breathless.
I look back to the falls "and look the perfect timing, you got your sunrise"I tell my sister, she chuckles.
"Thanks for agreeing to come with me"I laugh.
"I didn't have a choice"
"But thank you, you always coming along with me on my spontaneous ideas"she chuckles.
"It's okay I love your spontaneous ideas and now trips I guess. I'm going to miss them when your in New York"I confess to her, she smiles over at me and I return the smile before we look back at the sun rising.
"It's beautiful Huh?" I ask. She hums.
"I don't think I'll see anything as beautiful as this moment right here in New York"she says.
"You could, you never know"I shrug as I sip my smoothie.
"Nah, I doubt it. A sunrise over Niagara Falls with my sister, I'll never find another moment like that in New York"she nudges me and I smile at her quickly.
