"Still, being your friends... shouldn't we have known that you were in danger." Dan looks distraught.
"Don't you think that... I was trying to protect you? The guy who'd been stalking me has killed people who are government leaders, do you THINK he'd bat an eye before killing you? I left to save your lives and not be held back." I stand up fuming. I put them above me and they aren't even grateful for them not dying or being stuck with a kid or child support payments.
"That's not what he meant." Hosuh grabs my wrist tightly and I pull back, hissing in pain.
"Make yourselves comfortable. Mi casa es su casa. I'm going to my studio." I say coldly before leaving the room and locking my studio door.
"Oh no mommy is angry.... she doesn't leave the room when she's angry." Tyler whispers walking in.
"Did we do something wrong?" Dan asks.
"Shhhh I gotta draw a picture or mommy wont ever come out." Tyler drops a bunch of art supplies on the ground and she trips.
"Are you ok?" Hosuh helps her up
"Yeah. I just.... mommy leaves me alone again." Tyler pouts.
"You can hang out with us? I think we'd love to draw with you." Hosuh motions for them to come over.
"Sure... what do you want to draw?" Stephen sits next to Tyler.
"A knight and a dragon!" Tyler starts scribbling on her paper with purple.
"I'm going to draw that too." Dan grabs a paper.
"You can draw the knight" Tyler suggests.
"What should we draw?" Hosuh points to himself and Stephen.
"A tower and a goat." Pointing to Hosuh then Stephen.
"... I can't draw but ok..." Stephen shrugs.
