'Just one more hit.' You think to yourself, getting your bat ready to hit the incoming fastball and managing to send it to the right field, if your were in the field, that is
Sadly, the only place you were batting was the batting center, not the softball area nor the baseball field
"Nice hit," An all too familiar voice says from the sidelines
"Kazuya!" You exclaim, surprised by his sudden appearance
"Shouldn't you be with the team?" You frown but he just grins
"I skipped." He replies but you snort, Miyuki Kazuya skip on baseball training? Not possible
"Like that's possible, you're a baseball idiot." I snicker
"Yeah, I can play baseball on the field."
'Well that shut me up.' You think and glare at him while he remains his cool self
"Ahh its really fun playing on the field and actually fighting against different people. Hey, (First name)-chan do you know how different pitches are with each pit—"
"That's enough!" You exclaim, using your hands to motion him to stop
"Hey lady! If you aren't going to shut up I'll kick you out!" The owner yells and you turn your attention to him to glare at him

"Why would you even fight with the place owner?" Miyuki was still laughing while both of you were walking
"He started it!" You defend yourself, still feeling flustered from all that happened, long story short, you and he owner had an argument and in the end you got kicked out from the batting center
'Pity, the equipment was really good and other guys who come actually don't look so bad...' you think to yourself, remembering one who actually managed to hold a conversation with you
"Oi, people are getting the idea that I'm with some idiot." Miyuki flicks your forehead, snapping you from your thoughts and causing you to look up to him
"Why are you even here.....actually why did you even come?"
Miyuki remains silent and continues walking, ignoring your calls and screams for answer
'Because I was worried about you, you idiot.' He thinks to himself, knowing there were times where you can be an airhead
You and Miyuki has known each other since childhood, it was the summer and there was a group playing baseball, you decided to join them and the friendship starts there
Miyuki still remembers it, you had pigtails and missing your front tooth but he thought your smile was the brightest smile he has seen
