"Thanks, Sugawara. I really appreciate it," I thank him.

"It's not a problem. I can tell that you're a really good person Y/n. Also, just call me Suga," he says. I nod and give him a small smile. I then wave goodbye and make my way to our bus.

Time Skip brought to you by milk bread

The match against Karasuno was here. Seijoh vs Karasuno. This match was going to be interesting.

Another time skip brought to you by whatever you want

I was happy for Seijoh, I really was. But the looks on Karasuno's faces broke me. They looked sad, angry, devastated. It was also the first time seeing Hinata not smiling and being happy. So I decided to go comfort them. The team wouldn't want me there anyway. I made my way to Karasuno who looked down and hopeless. Some of them, scratch that, all off them were crying.

"You guys did great," I tell them as they all turn to me. I give them a sad smile and wave.

"Congrats on the win," Daichi tells me.

"Thanks. You guys really put up a good game. We were just barely catching up. I'm really impressed," I compliment hoping to make them feel better which kind of seemed to work.

"Y/n!!!" Hinata started to bawl again as he ran up and hugged me. I hugged him back to make him feel better.

"And you did awesome too Hinata," I laugh.

"Really?" He asks, looking hopeful again. I nod.

"Yay! Y/n thinks I'm awesome!" Hinata exclaims.

"Shut up baka!" Tobio hits Hinata as he scolds him. I laugh as I watch the two bicker.

"Would you like me to compliment you too Tobio?" I teased in a baby voice. He turned his head and huffed.

"Why would I even want one?" He asks. He wants compliments but he's denying it. I can just see it on his face. How cute.

"You were amazing my dear cousin," I say going on my tippy toes and patting his head.

"So what are you guys up to now?" I ask. Takeda then came up to me to speak.

"I'll be treating them to some food to make them feel better," he says looking at the still upset team.

"Mind if I tag along? I'll help pay the bill and stuff," I ask.

"Shouldn't you be with Seijoh?" He questions.

"The match against Shiratorizawa is in two days, so they'll be resting up today so they can practice early tomorrow morning," I explain. Somewhat a lie but some were partially true. He nods.

"We're happy to have you then!"

I had dinner with Karasuno at this noodle place and it was sad to see them crying as they ate. Some were a little bit more talkative than others but most of the time it was quiet. I didn't try to cheer them up because I knew they needed the silence. I looked over at Takeda and he gives me a sad smile which I return. Everyone finished eating and I offered to help pay which Takeda declined. But I did anyway. We all went outside and the mood seemed to be lifted up a bit.

"We're going to beat you next time!" Hinata exclaims. I slightly sweatdrop. His mood changed quickly. "We'll go to nationals! Just you watch!" Everyone knew Hinata was a reckless boy but Karasuno all seemed to agree with him. I could see the team they were now. They weren't the flightless crows anymore. They're the crows that are going to fly great heights and achieve the impossible.

"We'll see about that. Until then, Seijoh will be waiting to battle you guys," I say. Of course, I still rooted for Seijoh. Even after everything, Seijoh is still my go-to team.

"Same to you. We'll be going now. Good luck on your match against Shiratorizawa," Daichi says as they leave.

Karasuno. I do have a feeling that you'll beat Seijoh one day.

Timmee Skiipppp (again)

The match against Shiratorizawa was today. The boys were awfully focused and tense. From what I knew, they played Shiratorizawa many times but had always lost. I also knew that Oikawa so badly wanted to beat Ushijima specifically.  The match began and it started off okay. The first set was won by Shiratorizawa who only won by two points. The boys were starting to get a bit frustrated. Takemaera tried cheering Oikawa up but he just ignored her, deep in thought. Her face was priceless. I couldn't help but feel a little bit satisfied. The second set was where things started getting bad. The guys were starting to go all over the place. It was a mess. The only person keeping them in line was Oikawa. I could tell he was getting a little out of it but he still stayed calm.

The game was over. The ball fell to the floor and the sound of cheers filled the room. Shiratorizawa looked on the other side of the court and seemed to look down at the boys that just stayed on the ground. They looked down on Aoba Johsai and Oikawa hated it. I could just tell. Everyone packed up and the boys looked upset. They didn't look completely devastated though. I'm guessing they were used to losing to Shiratorizawa. Oikawa didn't seem too fazed either. But that's what he looks like on the outside. I could see through him and I could tell he was angry and disappointed. He seemed fine in front of everyone but when he's alone, he'll break down. I wanted to be there for him and tell him everything was going to be okay but...

We all got on the bus back to school and we all went straight home. My uncle had things to do so I made my way home first. While I was walking home, I saw two people. It was Takemaera and Oikawa. I hid behind a tree and watched them. My eyes widened as Oikawa broke down crying then and there right on Takemaera's shoulder. My heart was hurting, my head was spinning. It was painful.

That's right.

I wanted to comfort him and hug him until he felt alright.

But....

He wasn't going to be in my arms.

He wasn't going to be crying on my shoulder.

He wasn't going to be with me at all.

It was going to be her.

Ayuma Takemaera.

Not me.
