Y/n's POV
"Oikawa! You're supposed to be studying for mid-terms! Not practicing!" I yell at the stubborn at the captain.
"But the coach is going to get mad if we don't practice," he whines as I pull him out of the gym.
"Don't even give me that lame excuse. Coach canceled practice for a few days so that we could study for midterms," I tell him. He groaned as we approached B/f/n and Hajime who was waiting for us at the front gate.
"I found him at the gym trying to practice," I sighed, letting go of Oikawa's shirt collar.
"I figured. Anyway, let's go. We're going to my house to study," Hajime says.
"You have the definitions mixed up," Hajime told B/f/n as she struggled to understand what he was saying.
"What's the point of science anyway!" B/f/n groaned, lying on the ground.
"It really isn't that hard if you tried harder instead of giving up every minute," Hajime scolded her. I chuckle watching as Hajime tries to teach B/f/n. I took out a textbook from my bag but put it away when I noticed it was for math.
"Why'd you put your math textbook away?" Oikawa asks, seeing what I had done.
"No reason..." I say chuckling nervously. Hajime looks over at me and shakes his head, sighing.
"You can't avoid it Y/n. You'll have to study it sooner or later," he says. Oikawa looked at Hajime then at me in confusion.
"I don't understand what's going on."
"Y/n not good at math," B/f/n snickered. I glare at her as I cross my arms and huff.
"Says the one who's struggling in science," I say back. She stuck her tongue out at me and went back to studying.
"Is it really that bad?"
"No...Well... Maybe..." I look down at the ground.
"As I said before, just have Assikawa teach you. He's really good at math," Hajime tells me again.
"I'll take that as a compliment," Oikawa says. "I'll be glad to help you! But you owe me!"
"See! This is why I don't want him to teach me! He always wants something in return!" I pointed out.
"Come on Y/n. Do you really want to fail the math midterm?" Hajime asks. I glare at Oikawa and look away from him.
"I'll just get help from someone else," I say. There's no way I'm letting that spoiled brat teach me.
"How does x equal fifty-two?! " I yell frustrated. There were two days before the math midterm and I was still struggling.
Oikawa's POV
"Do you really need to tell her she owes you for teaching her for math?" Iwa-chan asks.
"Asking for my knowledge doesn't come without a price," I say, head held high as he sighs and smacks me in the head.
"You know you need her help in english too, right?" He noted. I frown and groan. We pass by an old classroom but stopped when we heard a familiar voice.
"How does x equal fifty-two?!" The door was opened a little so we decided to look take a peek. Inside, we saw Y/n trying to study for the midterms. Most likely for math. I felt Iwa-chan nudge me on the shoulder and motioned for me to go inside. I was about to refuse but he just pushed me inside. Y/n looked in my direction and I just huffed. I looked back at Iwa-chan but he just glared at me which scared me. I gave in and made my way towards Y/n.
