rose's pov
BEeP BeEp! my stupid alarm is so loud. it's monday morning and i don't feel like going to school. i never do. i crawl outa bed and head to the bathroom. once i finish my morning skin routine and brush my teeth, i do light makeup and brush my curly hair.
i check up on alessio. he's still sleeping like usual. i always wake up like an hour earlier than him. since i take like an hour and half to get ready and he gets ready in literally two minutes.
i finished getting ready too early so i just wondered off in my room. i looked at my self in the mirror.
"my hair is so boring" i mumble to myself
without hesitation my dumb ass takes some scissors and i just straight up cut my hair making bangs.
"omg what did i just do" i say running my hands through my new bangs. lowkey kinda proud how it turned out. it wasn't that bad🤷🏻♀️
i straighten my bangs and puff up my curly hair.
"Holy shi-" i mumble to myself
i look so different but in a good way. i'm actually confident about it.
i still had twenty minutes left, so i stole alessio's airpods from his room and blasted music in them. (through soundcloud)
after that song was over some song came on. i didn't recognize it. it said "got a man by zotto." who tf is zotto i wonder. i listen to the song and it sounds exactly like alessio. wait alessio sings?! how have i never realized this before.
i'm slow asf.
"morning" alessio says in morning voice. he was rubbing his eyes and yawning while opening my door.
"oh shit...." he just stares at me mainly my hair. he just smirks
"stoppp" i say while laughing and blushing
"ur bangs look nice" he smiles
"wait..are those my airpods?" he questions
"maybee.. sorry can i use them" i say with puppy eyes
"yeah" he laughed
"whatchu listening too?" he questions while plopping onto my bed
"your music. i didn't know you sing?! it's actually really good! i like it" i smile while also plopping down next to him
"you like my music? cool." he says while his cheeks turn slightly red. we stay quiet for a bit.
"alessio, you gotta get ready. i'm not tryna be late to school!"i say while throwing a pillow at him
"Okay Okay! Chill" he laughs while getting up and going into the bathroom.
after a few minutes we get in the car.
skip car ride
alessio drops me off at my locker, as usual.
once he leaves i see leilani.
"hey leilani" i say
"sup- oh my gosh UR HAIR!!! i LOVE it!" she yells in excitement
"leilani! ur so loud" i laugh
she just laughs back
"i heard there's a new kid coming to school today.. it must suck being a new kid in the middle of the year" she says while grabbing her stuff from her locker
"BUT!, i heard he's cute asf" she smirks
"oKaY, well lets go to math class weirdo" i laugh
once we got to math class, leilani took her seat. which is somewhere in the middle area.
alessio and i sit next to each other since the desks are divided into twos.
the bell rang, meaning the class is about to start.
"Good morning class!" the teacher says with a lot of enthusiasm.
"Today we have a new student joining us, his name is braeden!" the teacher says
everyone turns to stare at him. omg he is hot.
i started day dreaming while staring at him and alessio notices. he just lightly slaps my arm.
"what!" i yell/ whisper
he just rolls his eyes
braeden had light brown hair that was kind of curly. he has light green eyes and is tan-ish.
"Rose, do you mind if braeden sits next to you for this class?" the teacher questions in front of everyone
before i can answer anything alessio interrupts
"And where am i suppose to sit?" he questions
(kinda in a salty way)
"you can sit somewhere in the middle area" the teacher states
"yeah braeden can sit with me if you'd like" i say with a small smile
"Great! Now let's get moving so i can start teaching" she says
alessio just gives me a glare and moves his stuff .
once braeden sits next to me i feel my face heat up. but i calm myself down and try to act as chill as possible.
"Hi" i manage to whisper to him
"Hi" he whispers back
"are u new here?" i question. then i instantly regret saying that. no shit he's new🤦🏻♀️
"well yeah" he says with a small laugh
"sorry that was stupid of me." i say embarrassed
"oh it's fine. do you mind showing me around after class. this schools kinda big" he says
"yeah sure!" i say nodding my head slightly
i feel someone staring at me. i turn and see alessio staring at us. he looked jealous. i just give him a small smile and he gives it in return.
this is gonna be one weird school year.
when i write stories i never finish a chapter in one day. i tend to write small parts throughout the days. so sorry if it takes long🥺. when alessio's new music came out i was on another level of hype. and i still am. it's so damn good! i listen to it when i'm doing most things. lol.
