"Ow! What?" Myrcella turned to scold her sister but the look she was giving her reminded her that she had to play along.

"Oh girls, look at this commercial, it's hilarious. It's so bad, it's good." Their moment was cut off by their mother who was chuckling at the television behind them. They turned around and Myrcella almost chocked again when they saw Hodge was on the TV.

"...and almost broke when Magnus Bane helped me figure out what I was supposed to do with my life." They heard Hodge say in the commercial. "Now? I run my own dojo." He exclaimed loudly as he kicked the air.

"What the actual fuck is this?" Myrcella chuckled as she whispered to Clary who had an amused look on her face as well.

"After being mauled by a suspect's dog, Magnus helped me realize that maybe the police force wasn't my calling. So I opened up a rare bookstore. Now, I'm doing what I love." After thinking it couldn't get any weirder, there was Luke on their screen with glasses, holding a book.

"Thanks, Magnus Bane." Hodge and Luke both exclaimed happily and Myrcella chuckled.

"I'm Magnus Bane." Myrcella's eyes bulged out when she saw her best friend on the screen with simple clothing and no makeup what so ever on his face. "Come in today for a tarot card and psychic reading. I'll help you find your way." He finished the commercial with a huge smile and a thumbs up. Myrcella got a weird feeling looking at her friend, thinking he may be the help they needed finding the portal. Apparently Clary had the same idea because she got up, holding Myrcella's arm doing so.

"We have to go." They both exclaimed at the same time.

"What? I thought you two were spending the morning with us." Valentine protested as their mother nodded.

"I, uh, have a last minute assignment due that I haven't even started yet and Myrcella promised she would help me, so we gotta go." Clary stuttered and pulled her sister towards the door.

"Well, we'll see you girls tonight, right?" Valentine called after them but they were already out of the door. Clary, knowing her surroundings better than Myrcella, dragged her sister to an abandoned alley and stopped.

"Okay, I did not expect that." Myrcella said rubbing her hand on her face.

"Neither did I but we have to play along." Clary said still shaken up with their interactions.

"Apparently this world's Valentine likes to have breakfast with his family." Myrcella said with a disgruntled look.

"Wait, is that a..." Clary said with a mischievous look in her eyes as she pulled her sister's hair away from her neck. "A hickey? Wait, who was the guy Valentine was speaking about?" Clary asked with a chuckle seeing her sister blush, which was rare.

"I may or may not have woken up in the bed with none other than Alec fucking Lightwood." Myrcella mumbled, clearly displeased with the situation. "Stop looking at me like that!" Myrcella slapped her sister's arm, not wanting to think about the situation any longer.

"It's Simon." Clary said as she took out her phone from her pocket. "Let's go." She said as she started to lead the way.

"Clary, I think we should find Magnus. I think he'll be able to help us." Myrcella said as she remembered the feeling she got while watching the commercial.

"I agree but I have to see Simon first. Please." Clary replied wanting to see how her best friend was doing in this world. Myrcella nodded and walked with Clary until they reached couple of food trucks. "He should be here somewhere." Clary looked around.

"Clary, Ella! Where have you been? We've been texting you two for the last 20 minutes." Simon came up to them looking cooler than his version from their dimension.
