April walked into the cafe and saw Dean.
"You come here without me, huh?" She says as she approaches the register where he was standing.
"They do have the best cakes." He smiles at her.
"That they do."
They both got their food and decided to walk around together.
"Hey! Look!" April yelled as she ran over to the cat that they once had seen.
The cat looked Dean in the eyes and he froze.
"What's with the sudden fear of cats?" April asks scooping the cat into her arms.
He shook his head, "It's not that. It's the same cat from before."
"Really? How can you tell?"
"The eyes."
"The eyes that look like mine?"
Her response flustered Dean, "Y-yeah."
"Well let me ask you," She held the cat up next to her, "Do our eyes still shine the same?"
He looked at both of them and saw how bright both of their eyes sparkled, "They do."
"So tell me, why are you so upset?"
"Upset? No, I'm not."
She places the cat down and it runs over to Dean and rubs it's head against his legs.
"I told you, I know you. What's bothering you?"
"I've only ever seen one person's eyes shine as bright as yours." He said looking down.
"You look sick, come on there's a park over here. Let's sit down." She said as she held onto his arm and led him to a bench in the park.
"So tell me, who's eyes shine like me?"
Dean still didn't look up, "My mother's."
"Your mother?"
"When I was a kid, her eyes were full of light like yours. Full of hope and love, and she got sick. Her eyes lost their sparkle."
"Lost their sparkle?"
"She died a little while after her eyes fell dull."
April moved closer to Dean, "I'm sorry."
"No, it's okay. It was a while ago."
"A while ago doesn't mean anything. The wounds can heal, but the pain will still remain."
She stood up and walked in front of him, Dean's hand was out and slightly shaking.
She slowly pressed her hand against his as he looked up at her.
She smiled, "You stopped shaking."
His eyes went to his hand which was pressed against hers.
"Leaning on others keeps you stable." She said.
His frown turned into a smile, "Thank you."
"Let me tell you one thing, your eyes shine just as bright as hers."

"Come on guys!" April yelled.
Seth, Roman, Dean and her were about to miss their flight to the next state.
"If we miss it, it's all Seth's fault." Dean said as they raced through the airport.
"We would of been here, if Dean hadn't made a wrong turn." Seth argued back.
"Well maybe if you put in better directions."
"You used a gps!"
"Your crap one!"
"Boys, no time for arguing! Just run!" April exclaimed as the approached their boarding site.
Roman looked out the window, "Where's the plane?"
"We missed it!" Seth dramatically dropped to the floor.
"It's all your fault!" Dean yelled at him.
"No it's not!" Seth said sadly.
April cleared her throat, "If you two would focus on anything else besides arguing, you'd see the plane was delayed."
"It's delayed!" Seth jumped onto his feet.
"So we ran through this airport like crazy people, for no reason."
They all stopped to think about their ten minute sprint through the airport and they all belted out with laughter.
"Well, after all that running. I have to go to the bathroom." April said and started walking towards the bathroom.
She placed her bag on the sink counter, but it fell off. Pills and pills fell out of her bag as she quickly stuffed them back in.
A few women noticed and began to whisper, "Why does she have so many pills?"
"Are those all medicine?"
"She doesn't take all those, does she?"
April's face turned red and she quickly rushed out of the bathroom.
"That was quick." Dean said.
She smiled, "It was too crowded for my liking."
