Fish
Fish nodded and walked back with Jonathan "Don't say anything wrong and don't blabber - and don't overthink things like you always do."

Jonathan
"I don't overthink things." He scoffed

Fish
Fish stared at him and sighed and they quickly got back to the stump

Splash
Splash frowned and didn't say another word after that. He looked at the stump with an air of sadness knowing that these moments might be the last that he'd be at his home. This was so quick. He hadn't been gone for that long. And now they were leaving. Forever. He couldn't stay here when his brother left. He'd have no protection here.

Fish
Splash led her brother into the clearing and nuzzled his ear gently "Don't screw up." She giggled

Ash and Splash
The two brothers turned around at the sound of two sets of approaching pawsteps. Ash looked rather grim while Splash gave an anxious look. The white and brown tom kept glancing between his brother and the other two cats.

Fish
Fish looked at Ash and nodded to him "Come on, he won't bite."

Ash
The white and gray tom did appear to want to argue but the feeling went away quickly. "So you're that cat she's been talking about? he addressed Jonathan.

Jonathan
"Jonathan." The tom dipped his head "You are. . ?" Jonathan meowed

Ash
"Ash. Splash's twin brother," the loner responded, not returning the courtesy. "Your sister told me quite a bit about you. Is it true you were from the Dark Forest?"

Jonathan
"You can blame my father for that. I resisted for a while but that was before I was caught seeing my sister and mate." He said

Ash
"You cats really do have odd stories," he commented. "Well. I cannot say I fully trust you just yet. I'm sure you understand. We've had some trouble with the Dark Forest in the past and we do not want to go through it again."

Jonathan
"Nor do I." He mewed and flicked an ear

Ash
"I proposed an idea to your sister and she wanted you in on it," Ash continued. "Duck, Splash, and I will be leaving ShadeClan territory to find another home in LightningClan. We will still hunt on the territory we stand on as of right now. But we won't be touched by ShadeClan if we flee across the border."

Jonathan
He nodded and looked back at Fish slightly

Fish
The white cat nodded "Yes you will still be able to see him but only if you're careful."

Ash
"Yes, you will be able to see your friends again. It's just that we've been a tick on ShadeClan's back for ages now and they finally gave us a date to get out of here. And that's quickly approaching so we will be leaving very soon." Ash wanted to leave as soon as possible. It would be less risky for them which would benefit them greatly. They would most likely have to go through BrightClan first to even minimize that risk. That border was empty too.

Fish
Fish perked up "Do you have a place in mind? I have somewhere to be tomorrow around this time."

Ash
"No. Duck and I decided that we'll look when we get there. We would've scoped the place out ages ago if it weren't for..." he paused, wondering how best to word Duckwing's injury without making it seem like it was her fault. "...problems getting started."

Jonathan
"How's her leg? After the whole memory thing and me running off multiple times I haven't checked in on her. She'll need some more root as I recall."
