Daniel POV

Our family was in the living room for breakfast and TV. Me and Bella watched stuff from the living room TV. We talked about telling them that we met Aunt Bri and Kyle. At the right time though. I hope they won't be angry that we dig up their past and found something. But Bella's right. Aunt Bri is family and so is Kyle. Me, Bella, Isabel and Jack were on the couch eating breakfast. We watched a couple of Disney movies. You may be surprised this family who loves cars are Disney fanatics. Guess what? We are! Mom's scream was heard throughout the room. We immediately got off the couch in worry. Dad ran up to her. "What's wrong?" Isabel asked. "There's a cockroach in the faucet!" She said, referring to the sink. We made a beeline to the kitchen and Dad looked at the faucet. A cockroach squirmed around the sink. Isabel and Jack were disgusted. Bella and I chuckled quietly. "How did a cockroach got in there?" She asked. Dad grabbed a pan and smashed the bug. "I don't know. Maybe the sink hasn't been cleaned out." He said. Mom crossed her arms. "Then it needs to be cleaned. So there won't be any more bugs in there." She said. "That's what the maintenance guy is for." Jack said. They turned to us with smirks. The smirks we never liked. It only meant one thing. Bella's jaw dropped. "Oh no." She said. They smirked and nodded. "No no no." Isabel whined. "Please no." Jack begged. Me? I made the whiny face.

Too good to be true. We were now cleaning the sink. Isabel and Bella was in charge of dishes. Me and Jack was cleaning the disgusting-nasty cabinet under the sink. It smelled like a hundred cows pissed in there. Luckily, we had on gloves to not get our hands dirty. Jack had a spray and cloth while I used a scrubbing sponge with a basket of soap water. "This is not how I wanted to spend a Thursday." Bella said. "Yeah, get in line." Jack agreed. "Are you done? I'm in charge of drying the dishes." Bella said. Isabel sighed and handed her the dish. She wiped and put it away. "How did a cockroach get in the sink?" I asked. Jack rolled his eyes. "It's obvious the sink's too dirty." He said.
"Or dirty from the inside." Isabel added, referring to the faucet. Bella shrugged. "Have to agree with Daniel. Our house is I'll admit amazingly perfect and we haven't had any bugs crawling around." She said. I nodded in agreement. "Ewww, shit." Jack said. I looked at him. "What?" I asked. He pulled out a clump of hair that had dandruff. We looked at it and made noises of disgust. He dropped it in the garbage can. I finished the scrubbing and set the sponge aside. "I'm done!" I said. Jack nodded and got off the floor. "Me too." He said, closing the cabinet doors. We took off our gloves and poured the basket of soap water in the sink. Not only that, it wetted Isabel's arms. "Guys, you could've waited!" She growled. Jack chuckled. "What are we supposed to do? Play in it till you're done?" He joked. I chuckled. Bella took the sponge and squeezed the soap off it onto his shirt. "Hey!" He yelled. She smiled deviously which made Isabel laugh. I fake smiled and took the sponge and squeezed the soap over her hair. Jack covered his mouth and laughed. Bella growled angrily.

Soon this became a soap water fight. We sprayed, splashed cups of water on each other and squeezed drops of soap water on each other's heads from the cloths. Bella and Isabel's hairs and clothes were soaking wet. Same was me and Jack.
The wet fight ended when we heard dad's voice. We immediately cleaned the floor because we kind of made it wet. Jack put away the basket and I dropped the cloths in the laundry basket. Bella ruffled her wet hair and opened the window. We looked at her confusedly. "It's hot outside and it could dry our clothes." She said. We nodded in understanding. Finally, everything was good. Dad walked in and smiled. "Sink's cleaned?" He asked. We shared nods while smiling. "Ok, good job- he stopped when he saw the window opened. "Why the window's open?" He asked. Bella smiled nervously. "Um...the air conditioner was making us very cold so we opened the window. We're good now!" She lied, closing it. We chatted in agreement. Dad nodded in understanding. "Alright. You guys deserve a break now." He said. We cheered and quickly ran out of the kitchen, making dad chuckle.
