I was looking through the case files when I came upon an interesting one.

"48 year old female came in with lower kidney pain, clinic doctor ruled it as a kidney stone and removed it but pain still persisted. She was admitted again last night with rectal bleeding"

Just as I chose the file Taub and Foreman walked in. I tossed them the file and it hit Taub.

"Hey!" He said

"You should've caught it like Foreman" I replied

"But were not all ripped like Foreman" He whined

"You don't need to be ripped to catch" Foreman spoke up

He just sat down and read over the file as House wrote the symptoms on the bored

"The rectal bleeding could have been cause by ulcers, stomach cancer?" said Taub

"King go consult Wilson for stomach cancer" House said winking at me

I walked over to Wilson's office, he seemed to have gotten better in the hour since I saw him.

"Hey, could you please run some labs for this new case of ours"

"Sure, can you just look this file over please. I'm not sure if this is cancer or something else in your specialty" he handed me the file and I looked it over

"This is definitely cancer and I don't need to be an oncologist to see that. You ok?" I asked

He looked down nervously

"I uhhh"

"Wilson, are you ok. You can tell me" I said as I sat down worried

"I was just wondering if you.. um wanted to get dinner tonight" he stuttered as he asked

"Like a date?" I asked

"I mean, if you want to" said Wilson

I smiled

"I'd love to" I said

"Really, great I'll pick you up at your apartment at 7:00"

"Sounds great" I said walking out totally forgetting about the labs

"Wait King, I gotta run the tests" he said getting up and putting on his lab coat.

"Oh yeah" I said completely dumbfounded

We walked to the pathology lab which was conveniently close to our offices. We walked in and swabbed the DNA we waited a bit just making casual conversation. After the time was up Wilson looked into the microscope.

"Sorry King, not cancer" he said looking up from the microscope

"Oh, well Taub's idea flunked" I said as we walked out

He stopped outside the door and I stopped with him, he looked around as if to see if anyone was watching. He looked back at me and placed a small kiss on my cheek, I smiled.

"I'll see you later King" he said as he walked back to his office

"bye Wilson" I said and walked to my office. I walked in and looked at everyone who were already at the table.
