I was tired as I couldn't sleep, not after what Todoroki said yesterday about his parents. His father was intimidating but he was the #2 hero so I understood, in fact I've met him once while visiting my Aunt and Uncle years ago and all I got from the man was a driving force to be stronger. I see a giant crowd in front of the gates and I immediately recognize them as the fucking press, most likely due to them getting wind that All Might has decided to work at the school. My classmates were being swarmed by the cutthroat media and now it's my turn, I take a breathe and place a mask I wear around the media whenever I see them.
                          
"Excuse me, whats your opinion on All Might?" Asked a female reporter, I look right at her and gave a cold glare. "I have no comment on the matter and now if you excuse me me and my classmates are going to be late." I say and then someone tried to ask more questions but I grab Iida or the one with the glasses, Midoriya, and Uraraka the infinity girl and make sure they get out of the crossroads of the press. "Wait Miss Akabane, whats your opinion on the rumor that your parents are divorcing?" Asked a reporter and I froze and turn to them, did I hear that right. "Please repeat what you said?" I told them and they looked confused but shrugged it off. "I asked whats your opinion on the rumor that your parents are divorcing?" They repeated and I faltered and I felt tears begin to form. "N-no comment on the matter." I say and I run heading to Midoriya and them and said. "If the teacher asks where I am, tell them that I'm in the stairwell by the cafeteria." Then I run ignoring the other's shouts and put my hood up, tears threatening to fall down. 
                          
"Please tell me the rumor's false, and who leaked such a rumor to the press." I mumbled once I got to the stairwell, I hear the bell ring and I didn't care if I would be caught cutting class I couldn't face the class right now after that. "Mama is this why I'm moving out, to make sure I didn't hear this." I ask myself and let the back of my head hit the wall and the tears fell.
                          
(Shoto P.O.V)
                          
The class began but Akabane wasn't in the classroom, I was worried for her. 'Wait was I worried about her we are just aquanticenes so why am I worried about her?' I shake my head from the thought when Iida spoke. "Mr. Aizawa Akabane is right now in the stairwell by the cafeteria, she was affected by something the media said." He told the tired pro and he grunted and then class began, throughout the whole first half of homeroom she didn't appear and no person saw her until I decided to see her where we spoke yesterday. 
                          
I heard sniffles and some muffled crying and I carefully walked over and tapped her shoulder, she looked up and her eyes were red and puffy while her cheeks red from crying. "T-todoroki why are you doing here?" She asked me and I didn't have an answer myself. "Aizawa marked you down as present, thanks to Iida so why are you crying?" I asked her and she looked away, trying not to show emotion towards me. "According to the press, theirs a rumor going around that my parents are divorcing and then me finding out two days ago the same day I fought All Might, I was told that I was moving with my aunt and uncle by Friday. So there's the reason why I'm now crying, so you can go you don't have to worry about me." She explained and I felt bad for her, it seems she loves her parents and with everything going on I hope she doesn't do anything rash. 
                          
"C'mon it's lunchtime so let's eat." I told her offering my hand and she took it and we walked to the cafeteria and went in line for food, she got a salad and Earl Grey tea and she was quiet the whole time. I had Soba as always but I didn't eat, in fact I was more worries about Akabane. 'Why am I worried about her, it's her problem not mine so why?' I thought in my head, not noticing Akabane was trying to get my attention. "Todoroki.....Todoroki.....hello?" She said while shaking my shoulders, I jumped at the sudden touch then an alarm went off causing her to panic a bit. 'WARNING LEVEL THREE INTRUDER, ALL STUDENTS CALMLY EVACUATE IN AN ORDERLY FASHION' blared an automatic voice, people began to crowd by the door and we moved near the sea of kids, but in doing so she got pushed against the wall and I got crushed on top of her.
