Hello its Sasha aka the author of The Silent Storm.
And no this isn't another A/N, I will be concluding the rest of The Silent Storm's story plot and it's last published part for this book. So please bare with me if you can.
Before I begin I just wanted to apologize for not keeping my promise to truly complete this story, I hold this story dear to my heart and I know many of you guys do as well and I would like to thank you for reading, it means a lot to know others can appreciate my work.
So I left off with a cliffhanger about Alessia's hideout being ambushed and a warning message being left on her caregiver's dead body....
Victoria is the only person in the story to be affiliated with any Russian aka Yuri. Yuri of course isn't so clean and swept underneath Lorenzo's radar putting the whole Catalona mafia in a very compromising situation. Luckily, for Lorenzo, Yuri isn't necessarily as big of threat as he thought he was (or maybe he still is). Lorenzo is forced to relocate Alessia and hunt down Yuri's Ace of Spades crew in Moscow. Victoria and Veronica are later rushed home to the penthouse during their 'girls day out' that makes Veronica raise a brow and become curious to find out who Lorenzo really is. Thomas keeps an eye on all the Browning's making sure they are safe and unaware of what's going on. While doing so, Thomas and Veronica have moment with each other in a elevator catching Veronica off guard since she is usually the dominant one when luring men.
I was going to attempt to do a chapter similar to chapter thirteen of Lorenzo and Marco arriving in Russia and gunning down the Ace of Spades (Yuri is no where to be found) as a retaliation to Alessia's ambush. The coast is clear from now on as The Browning's prepare to leave Italy going back home. Bryan tries to make another advance on Victoria thinking he can get her into 'her right senses' when Lorenzo catches him and things take a turn for the worst as the two men scuffle and ends with Bryan in a headlock. Lorenzo warns Bryan that the next time he tries anything with Tori will be his last time. Bryan is the first to leave Italy leaving behind everyone else. Veronica is trying her best to adapt into single motherhood due to her husband's lack of presence that Destiny herself begins to notice. While having breakfast with her daughter she bumps into Thomas (again) in which he joins the duo having a bonding moment with Destiny which catches Veronica's eye. I wanted to write a scene showing another side to Veronica that is foreign to everyone and that she's not as much of an antagonist that she is perceived to be. After this scene, will be Victoria's goodbyes to her family as they depart from The Catalona. Later on, Victoria wakes up one morning in a confused daze before rushing to the toilet vomiting her guts out. Believing it was food poisoning until Jenny gives her a look and buys a pregnancy test for Tori to take....I think you guys already know what the result came back as.
Seven months stroll on by without any signs of a threats or any business deals gone wrong. Lorenzo and Victoria are at their happiest time expecting a baby and newly engaged. Victoria facetimes her ex worker and friends Paris and Ms. Dolores updating them about her new life she decided to start in Italy as they wish nothing but the best. Victoria even decided to look at some job listings for any journalist in Rome since she loved writing with a passion and didn't want her degree to go to absolute waste. Jenny, Gigi, and Veronica plan a baby shower for Victoria but Victoria and Lorenzo were more concerned on tying the knot before the baby comes.
Victoria was beyond ecstatic to be carrying her first child with the man she loved dearly. She and Lorenzo were planning a small wedding in her home of the Catalona with only close friends and family. The date was March 21th. Everyone was dressed and settled for the wedding of the century. Victoria was a little bummed out that her parents and Destiny's flight got cancelled the day before, Veronica who came a few days prior was the only person from her side to attend. Victoria found herself in a deja vu moment looking at herself in the mirror getting dressed in her wedding gown with a glass of fizzling champagne on the dress. Alessia helped Victoria put on a set of pearls as a wedding gift. Jenny and Gigi fangirled on the side at the sight of Victoria all put together. Similar events are also going on in Lorenzo's room with Marco, Thomas, and Julian.
