Izuku had gotten out of his heat yesterday and I hadn't stopped hearing apologies. Of course I didn't care, all it did was give me more opportunities to hug my Izuku.
"Hey Shoto?"
"Yeah?"
"Remember that one time I had a heat wave and you called me 'my love?'"
"Yes, why?"
"Did you really mean it? I mean like do you really, truly, love me?"
"Of course I do, I never plan on leaving you, no matter what. I don't care how bad any situation gets, I swear to you, I'll love and support you. Why would you ask that?"
"W-well b-because..." I hugged him close then led him to the couch so we could sit down and talk.
"It's okay, just tell me. I'm here for anything."
"Shoto I-I want you to mark me... as your mate... I see the way all the girls at school look at you like they want you and I want them to know you're mine and I'm yours. I'm sorry if that's selfish, of course you could say no." Really? I get to mark him? Is he still in heat?
"Are you still in heat?"
"N-no."
"And you're sure you really want this?"
"Y-yes."
"Then yes, I'll mark you as mine and mine only. Everyone will know that my heart, soul, and entire being, belongs to you, Izuku Midoriya."
