James's POV
"James! Wait!" I hear Riley call after me. I turn around and see her trying to catch up with me. I slow my pace until she's standing right infront of me.
"What do you want?" I ask harshly. She looks a bit taken back by my tone.
"Look, in really sorry about what happened back in there and-"
"I think that we shouldn't see each other anymore. At all." I suddenly say. I pause, stunned that I actually let those words escape my mouth.
"W-what?" Riley asks.
"I think we should break up." I reply, looking at the ground. I look back at her. There was pain and hurt in her eyes.
"So, after we've been through with Josh, and Charlie, and just everything, your just going to give it all up? All because everyone's mad with you because of a stupid mistake you made?" She says, her voice barely a whisper. I nod.
"Yeah I am." I reply. Her botten lip began to quiver, and she looks down.
"Fine." She says spats out. "Just don't bother speaking to me anytime soon."
Than she walks away.
Riley's POV
I bit down hard on my lip and blinked fast to stop myself from crying. I ran out into the parking lot. I wasn't happy that Emily was still there waiting me. She was the last person I wanted to see right now, but I still got into the car.
"What's wrong?" She asks.
"James broke up with me." I sob.
"Oh, Ri." She says softly, and tries to hug me.
"No! It's all your fault!" I scream at her. She looks affended.
"How?" She asks.
"You yelled at James infront of everyone, and than they got mad at him, and than he broke up with me!" I cry.
"Riley listen. If he cares about his ego, and his reputation more than you, he's not worth it." She tells me. I sniffle and think about.
"Yeah, your right. I'm so done with him." I finally say.
