A few days after Namjoon had forced me to stay home, I was back to normal. He stayed with me that whole day; he would have stayed the night again, if I had let him. I went back to work the next day, but took it easy. The rest of that week, Namjoon would come by when I got home from work and we would make dinner. He made sure I didn't do too much and kept me seated as much as he could.

The weekend was finally here, and I was happy for it. During the time I was sick, I had remembered to get Namjoon's number. After taking my shower and getting ready, I cleaned up the house a bit and opened the windows to let in the crisp autumn air. Working up an appetite, I texted Namjoon.

'Breakfast?'

'I thought you'd never ask.', he was quick to reply.

I fried up some bacon and sausage links, cooked some eggs and popped some bread in the toaster. About 15 minutes after our text, Namjoon was at my door, sniffing the air as I opened it.

"Good morning, Ji Ji.", he took me into his arms, giving me a tight hug.

"Good morning, Charming.", I giggled into his chest.

We happily ate and shared small talk at the table. It was really nice having him around, the house felt so quiet and lonely without him now. By now he was a permanent fixture in my life, and a semi-permanent one in my home. I still don't think you'd call what we were 'dating', but I'm pretty sure neither of us were looking elsewhere for attention or companionship.

After breakfast, we retired to the living room to sit around and veg with TV and movies. Today would be a welcomed lazy Saturday. We cuddled in on the couch, I sat beside him with my legs tucked to the side, his arm around me and my hand on his leg. We watched this and that, not really caring what was on, just that we were watching it together. Every so often, I would feel a kiss land on the top of my head and each one made me smile.

"Can I ask you a stupid question?", he broke the silence.

"Only if I can give you a stupid answer."

"What are we??"

"Human.", I replied without pause.

He reached his hand over and poked my ribs, making me yelp.

"I mean it, Ji Ji. If we ever went out somewhere, how would we introduce each other?"

"By our names of course!", I couldn't resist giving him hell.

He grumbled at me and I knew it was time to answer.

"Honestly, I don't know. I was just taking this one day at a time."

"The truth is, in a month, a few of my friends will be coming to stay with me for about a week, and I don't know what to tell them about you."

"Do they have to know?"

"You'll see when you meet them, there is no hiding things from them, especially Taehyung. He finds out everything."

I laughed at his expression when he said that, "What do you want to tell them I am?"

"Well... I'd kind of like to brag and tell them I snagged a hot girlfriend..."

"You are too much!", I laughed.

"I'd also like to call you mine before they get here, because they are attractive and very flirty... they will definitely try to steal you away if I don't make it known you are off limits."

I started laughing hard, my sides were hurting as I rolled into his chest.

"Jina, I'm serious... Don't underestimate them."
