The last thing Misty heard before she hit the water was, ""Just do something useful for once Misty!"
Misty, Lloyd and Rumi surfaced and swam for the river bank, all of them fell to the ground once they made it.
Lloyd sat up and said, "Rumi we made it..."
"Yeah, Barely." Rumi said
"I wished I didn't...." Misty mumbled
"No. I mean we made it to the temple look." Lloyd said and he got up and walked forward Misty stood next to him and muttered, "I can't believe it we finally made it."
"Why didn't you shield the boat when I told you too?!" Lloyd snapped
"You were asking me to do the impossible Lloyd! I couldn't do that at least not in the span of time I had!" Misty augured.
"Then why are you here if you can't even do anything to help?! Are you just here to yell at Rumi and make her feel bad?!" Lloyd said
"like I said it's always Rumi this Rumi that! Didn't you ever wonder how I feel?!" Misty asked
"Maybe I don't because I don't care, out of you and Rumi, she's the one I care about more now!" Lloyd shouted back he was frustrated, with Misty, and how she had been acting, her sudden change in personality and the fact she suddenly cut off their relationship.
Misty then answered back, "Fine have it your way Lloyd, But just know I never trusted and will never trust Harumi, If you were the same person I thought you were you wouldn't be blinded by just a pretty face." Misty voice was willed with utter resentment.
Lloyd was growing angry by the second, and he said something he knew he would regret later, "Then maybe you were right to break it off! After all I guess I never really liked you... your probably right this whole time I was blinded by a pretty face, and it was yours, but I'm not anymore!"
Lloyd then grabbed Rumi's hand and pulled her toward the Oni Temple.
Leaving Misty standing their alone with her thoughts and her broken heart.
